  I went there just to get air put in my tires, and the customer service was unbelievable. When I asked Lennon for help, he immediately rolled his eyes and acted annoyed like I was inconveniencing him for doing his job. The whole interaction was rude and unprofessional. Then after he finished, he just stood there looking at me like he expected a tip for his bad attitude. Absolutely not. This place used to have great service, but clearly something has changed. Very disappointing experience.

  I just recently relocated to Nashville and it has had some challenges already. Something as simple as checking tire pressure and changing a wiper blade when dealing with so much already can be frustrating. Valvoline Team were all polite and helpful and took care of what I needed quickly. I really appreciate you for that. Great Job! I’ll be coming here for my vehicle needs.

  I normally don’t write reviews, but what happened yesterday needs to be addressed. My wife was there with our three year old daughter as a customer, and an employee named Lennon asked her if she was single and then asked for her phone number. That is extremely unprofessional and completely inappropriate, especially while she was there with our child. Customers should be able to visit a business without being put in uncomfortable situations by employees. From reading other reviews, it seems like this may not be the first complaint involving this person. Because of that, I’ve already been in contact with corporate about the situation. Professionalism should be the bare minimum when dealing with customers. Management seriously needs to address this behavior before more people have the same experience.

  I just have to give a huge shoutout to Adam and his team at Valvoline! When they changed my oil, they went above and beyond in every way. They even discovered an oil leak and kindly told me I could come back anytime for complimentary oil checks, which meant so much. What really stood out though was their kindness. I was having a rough day for personal reasons, and they showed me so much compassion and care it truly made a difference. You don’t come across people like that every day. I went back today for the complimentary oil check, and honestly, it felt like visiting friends. I may not remember all of their names, but I will never forget their faces or how they treated me. They are genuinely wonderful people. 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be back—this is my favorite location! 💜💜💜
