  I was really surprised how fast the service was with a oil change and also doing the Transmission flush but the next day my check engine light came on and it seems like the Transmission is slipping when in drive.

  The only little thing was that he got oil and grease on the hood and grill. But the service was good as usual! Thank you

  I went for a routine oil change. They recommended (based on mileage) that I get an engine fluid flush. I agreed to do that, as I know it hasn’t been done as of yet on my vehicle. While waiting, assuming the flush is happening, one of the techs comes over and shows me a filter from my engine (which was filthy!) and asks me if I want it replaced. I say “ew—yes!” .. a handful of minutes later he comes back and says that they don’t have that filter but that he would dust mine (the original) off so it would be better than nothing. A few minutes after that, a tech comes over to say that they don’t have the correct coil there to do the engine flush so they were going to remove that from my bill and only charge me out for an oil change. It’s frustrating that I went there for one thing (oil change) .. more services/charges were pushed on me, which I willingly said “please do!” .. and then with no great explanation, only my originally requested service was done.
