  Almost every time they forget my sticker and sometimes leave the oil stick partially out. Not to mention I've been waiting in line a whole hour almost now at posting while I'm the sole car waiting to get into the bay. They forgot the bay 1's oil, then did everything else, proceeded to also forget what type they had and asked three times. Get it together or I'm never coming back. OH YEAH and I have NO A/C in my car.

  La verdad les puedo decir que el servicio y la atención de este lugar es excelente, todos son muy amables y siempre tienen la mejor disposición para ayudarte con tu vehículo, siempre voy y me dan muchas recomendaciones para mantener mi vehiculo 100% operativo. Gracias también a Naomi siempre esta dispuesta a ayudar, me ayudo con las luces de mi vehículo. Gracias a todos sigan asi.

  I've been multiple times and have to say, it's not always been the best experience, however today I got service when the assistant manager "Cheese" was in charge and she was running a tight ship! She was doing a great job managing the entire store, organizing all the workers at each bay, teaching and training them(a young crew)as she went, making sure they were each drinking water on a very hot day, making sure customers were taken care of to the highest standards. If they posted when she was on duty, I would schedule my day around her being in charge. Not to take away from her crew, they were working hard as well and willing to take cues to make the team work efficiently and effectively.

  The worst experience for the service I never received. Pulled in at 10:15 AM stood there for 40 minutes while employees are walking around aimlessly without purpose. Then they pull me in the bay, sit in the bay for another 15 minutes no high no hello not we can do employees back to loitering around again. Absolutely the most horrible and waste of time I’ve had in my entire life. Valvoline continues to disappoint. This is the second Valvoline in which I pulled in and left without any service. Pointless to say I do not recommend Valvoline or I will pull in to Valvoline if my engine is falling off from my car

  Very busy but nice staff and professional. Used a 25.00 off coupon and gave the 2nd one to the truck beside me. Replaced my cabin filter too. They show you how dirty the old one is and they also show you on the stick that the oil is full at the end. Very thorough and the wait wasn’t too long thankfully because it was so hot. Happy overall. Should have been given a receipt and I realized this after I left. Came to this location a week ago on a Sunday. They were CLOSED. They were supposed to be open. I called the main line and the lady said that they should not be closed. That was an inconvenience. They did give me a new sticker for my windshield. Thanks Valvoline! Please be open when you’re scheduled to be open
