- CGColleen Garmon2 days ago3.0It is normally a 5 but Valvoline was out of oil filters. I bought my own and it was the wrong size. Not the fault of valvoline. When Auto Zone finally got us the correct size we were there for hours. The people working there were very nice and apologetic. I'll still go back. We like that location. I was disappointed that I was not given a receipt.
