  Great crew, informed on everything, fast and efficient....was surprised that they had windshield wipers on site which was mentioned and I needed. I will go back again and I used the coupon sent to me for future visits.

  Naomi and her team was super professional and kind doing the inspection on my car she showed me the cabin filter how dirty was and making sure that all levels were fine. I love to seen young people been so focused and care in their jobs. Also it takes a short period of time to do all my service!! THANK YOU Naomi and team :)

  *************** Update ***************** Saturday August 1, 2026 For 2nd time in 2 weeks I went to Valvoline in Bellevue TN. See below…Sat July 25, 2026. Sat Aug 1, 2026, I arrived at this location before scheduled opening. At 734am a male employee came out and told me and two cars, the store will not be opening today…he was the only one that is showing up for work today…we need to find another location to go to. This is the 2nd Saturday in a row me and other customers showed up and could not get an oil change because of employees not showing up for work. Is this a company store or a franchise? This is totally unexceptionable for a business to operate like this and treat long term customers. Solution…terminate the area/district manager and this location manager. Close the store till new employees are hired and trained. Would like to be contacted by Valvoline Company and/or Franchise Owner. ********************************************** Sat July 25, 2026 Supposed to open at 730am. It’s 745am and no workers. Cars lined up waiting. Very discouraging when one plans for oil change and workers not showing up. Leaving now. Wasting customer’s valuable time is not good. I won’t be back.
