  Tire Discounters really let me down tonight. I’ve bought tires from them in the past and brought my partner’s car by for a suspected nail and nail repair. They were not working on any other cars and their team was just sitting around or disappeared from the showroom and repair area for 20+ minutes at a time. I had to wait a whole hour just for them to tell me that the tire was unrepairable, and I needed a new one. While I suspect that is not the case and they were just trying to make a sale, what bothers me the most is that it took a whole hour when they were not busy and me having to track someone down to ask the status for them to tell me that. I told them to put the tire back on, and I left. Even if I do need a new tire, I would much rather give my business elsewhere. I’ve had positive experiences in the past, but my partner has reported similar nonsense and treatment from this location. This is not how you earn and keep business. I do not recommend this place if you value your time.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this staff! Kristen, manager, saw and LISTENED to how distraught I was about my day. Having a nail in my tire was NOT on the agenda! She was amazing and quickly provided a solution filled with compassion and understanding! These folks are GREAT…..especially Kristen!

  Took my 2015 tundra for alignment and one of the employees look like he have no idea what he was doing I notice some one else was apparently helping him with the alignment , I’m just recently reading the comments about this place and one of the customers says his suspension was destroyed. And another one with the oil pan , it looks like maybe damage are done in porpuse for those types Of incidents…. Now I’m worrie about my suspension so tomorrow I’m gonna get underneath of my truck and inspect it. Hoping nothing is destroyed misplaced . The guy behind the desk Cheap don’t communicated with customer at all . Basically he made the decisions with out owner customer approval and all he does is charge money . Don’t really feel good welcome bringing my vehicle there for repairs .

  Scheduled an appt for 10:00 to have both our truck and jeep tires balanced and rotated.After two hours of sitting there and our vehicles never moved from the spot we parked them in,we were tired of wasting our Saturday sitting there waiting for our vehicles to be taken care of.I am not real sure why you have people schedule there repair/service time if they do not start working on it on the scheduled time.I can understand a few minutes to even an hour due to other repairs running long but two hours after the scheduled time and they haven’t even started.Unacceptable! Our son has had the same issues with this location before for the same reason.We will not be buying tires from this location or company again.
