  I needed an alignment on my 2016 Porsche Panamera, after going to the Church Street location they told me they could not accommodate my vehicle because they didn't have the right equipment, they recommended me the Bellevue location. I booked an appointment online for a few days later and when that day arrived I made the 30 minute commute and got to my appointment early. At the Bellevue location, I was greeted by a man wearing sunglasses indoors behind the desk, told him I booked a 9am alignment online, and said this place was recommended to do what I need for my make and model. I told him the Church Street location could not do what I needed. Sunglasses man then proceeded to tell me he could also NOT do an alignment on my car, and that NONE of the Nashville surrounding Tire Discounters could give me an alignment. He said that only the head shop in Ohio has the capability. So I walked back to my car in the parking lot, frustrated, and called Church Street to complain. The manager who told me this location could do the alignment answered and I told him I was given misinformation. He was very confused, and called the three shops he recommended to me the days prior to get me set up with an appointment. When he called the Bellevue location, he told me that the machine used for my make and model had not been working properly and was out of commission until it was repaired... I made an appointment at the Brentwood Tire Discounters, another 35 minutes away, and had my alignment done by 12pm. I am a pretty understanding person, if sunglasses man just told me the truth that their machine was broken, I probably would not be writing this review today. But telling me that none of the other locations could do it, even though they could? That's just strange. The Brentwood Tire Discounters is where I will take my business only, and I will never recommend the Bellevue location.

  Bought two sets of tires there in the last three weeks. A great experience both times. Took care of what I needed. To pressure or upselling of things I didn’t need. Just fast service at a fair price
