  Outstanding service! Chris was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything, addressed my concerns, and made sure my vehicle was in excellent driving condition. His professionalism and concern for my safety really stood out. The entire staff was great, but Chris went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location!

  I cannot recommend this place. I usually go to Discount Tire on Charlotte Ave. I went here only because of the pricing and discounts advertised online, but the discounts were not applied to my invoice. I was quoted $1600 and was charged $2200. The work was quality, but in my one experience there was something fishy about the billing. If you go here, get a printed quote before the work, then get a printed invoice BEFORE paying -- double check all numbers and discounts. Getting a refund is insane as it has to come from corporate via email. Instead you should check out Discount Tire on Charlotte Ave.

  Excellent service price and people. Set up cc and have 12 interest free ! Appt on time and got my car back in perfect timing. I will use them for all my services. Kristen ,Chip and Christin were great !!

  Literally stopped by because a tire on my trailer broke the manager chip told me to wait so they can see if they had the tire a while 45min later he is still answering the phone helping other customers and has me just standing there. My wife calls him he answers and says he sent the tech to check the size which he did but the tech gave him that a long time ago and he never got back to me just had me standing there while he continued to work on other people who were after me. He literally did not want to help me maybe since I don’t speak English he was very very racist I do not recommend this place and I will make sure to report this to HR. Wait to add my wife calls him again after I leave so angry after 50mins of just standing there and he puts her on hold for 10mins so she calls from our sons phone and surprise surprise he answers and says this is chip how can I help you so in other words was leaving my wife on hold while now he helps other new customers. This guy has to be so disgustingly racist and I can not believe he represents this location!

  I’m only going to give one star but will rate 5 so that your rating doesn’t get messed up, and hopefully You will contact me to Fix it. One person messed up the entire experience ! Charlie was kinda rude to me , I was trying to explain what was going on with my tire and before I could finish he cut me off and said oh no we can’t fix that like that, you need a new tire, but he did t let me finish and I already knew that, I was trying to give him as much info as I could about it. They did get my Tire done quickly . I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and I like that I have warranty for things like this, instead of finding the correct information , if I wouldn’t have talked to the company before I went they would have charged me full price for the service . The guy who rang me up didn’t even know there was a road hazard warranty on it already. So because he didn’t look at everything in front of him, he almost charged me double . No one wants to listen anymore. I kept saying something about the warranty and he just kept saying he would add it on. He finally understood what I needed, and that’s fine. But Charlie cutting me off that morning really was not okay with me and I won’t return to this establishment. I don’t care if you’re busy and you have a line, you should be kind to people, because we are spending our money with you. If I had it my way I would fix my own cars but I can’t, so I need places like this to get me through a stressful situation, just be nice, that’s all I’m asking. Let a person finish their sentence instead of acting like a know it all. He didn’t even know what the tire looked like , you could tell he was only trying to make a sale. I know business has to make money, but also with the price of everything in the world , I am not paying an arm and a leg for something that I don’t need, especially when there is warranty, if it can be patched then patch it, if it can’t okay, but be honest and be kind.
