  I love this place. They are all super helpful. Definitely have helped me keep my cars tires going on these lovely Nashville roads. Very quick and quality work so far every time. Can’t recommend this place enough but I do anyway. Just go here. Coffee and water with news playing while you wait.

  I've been going to the Church Street location for quite some time but today was my second time with the new manager Armando. He is a delight to work with. Not only polite but truly understands the meaning of customer service. And has a good crew working for him as well! But that's what you get when you have a good manager! When I stopped by this morning I was told he needed to order the tires and they would be there about 1pm. Somehow the delivery truck was delayed but Armando called me to inform me of that so I wouldn't waste my time coming back to the shop until they were delivered. Definitely recommend the Church St. location!

  Picked up my car after service and found it sitting in the sun with all the windows down, electronics and personal belongings fully exposed. When I asked about it, the only response was 'it's hot.' Not the level of care I'd expect for a vehicle in your custody. Won't be returning

  I was sold a tire that I didn't need and the installation was faulty. A request for a modest remedy went unanswered. I went to TireDiscounters Mid-Town Nashville with a leaking tire. They said I needed a new tire which I bought and had installed. I immediately got on the interstate for a 10 hour drive home. The tire leaked all the way and I had to stop for air every 90 minutes. My hometown tire dealer stopped the leak by replacing the valve stem, which TireDiscounter had failed to do. The valve stem was the problem in the first place. I called TD to report the issue and request a refund of the installation charge, since I had to pay another dealer to actually fix the leak. The Manager, Romando, said a refund shouldn't be a problem and he would work with the corporate office to issue it. Nothing happened. I called a second time and Romando assured me he would handle it that day. Again, nothing happened.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Tire Discounters Midtown due to conflicting information and poor communication. I initially called to get a quote for replacing my rear right tail light and was told the cost would be approximately $30. When I arrived, Armando informed me that the part was not available and asked if they could inspect the vehicle to determine exactly what was needed before ordering it. I agreed to the inspection. About 20 minutes later, Armando returned and informed me that the total bill would be $114—nearly $80 more than the quote I received over the phone. What was most concerning was that the work had already been completed without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I contacted or given the opportunity to approve the revised cost before the repair was performed. I also questioned how the repair could have been completed if the part was supposedly unavailable. Armando then explained that while it wasn’t in inventory, they found the part somewhere in the shop. This explanation only added to the confusion. Because I was in a hurry, I didn’t have time to dispute the charge, but I found the entire experience unprofessional. Regardless of the final cost, customers should be notified of significant price increases and asked for approval before any work is completed. Looking back, I also wish I had asked to see the old bulb that was replaced. Unfortunately, due to the lack of transparency and communication, I will not be returning to this establishment.
