Not only polite but truly understands the meaning of customer service. And has a good crew working for him as well! But that's what you get when you have a good manager! When I stopped by this morning I was told he needed to order the tires and they would be there about 1pm. Somehow the delivery truck was delayed but Armando called me to inform me of that so I wouldn't waste my time coming back to the shop until they were delivered. Definitely recommend the Church St. location!
