  The mechanic spot is now my go to! I’ve had many things go wrong with my car and they have caught it well before it became a problem. They’ve taken the time to ensure the car itself is safe to drive and that their services were up to the standards they uphold at the shop. I couldn’t recommend them more!

  Worse mistake we made was trusting these mechanics where they over promised and under delivered. My daughter is a newlywed and 1st time mom, October 2025 they took on the job to get her Pathfinder back up and running. After that work was agreed upon, for months the communication became less and less, fast forward February 2026 until I reached out personally. They made contact to apologize for lack of communication and lack of staff but assured they would are working on it and will be in touch. Mid May 2026 my daughter received a texted stating they've exhausted all of their possibilities and will not be able to finish what they started and currently remodeling so the need the room and demanded $1000 payment and will have her vehicle towed back to her home. They only payment arrangements they were willing to make was an installment loan agreement with a 3rd party company with insane interest rates no other options offered. Now the communication were becoming often, very intrusive and demanding. Last communication sent a text stating they've placed a garage mechanic lien on her Pathfinder forcing her to give up her vehicle altogether. This was her very 1st paid off SUV and they took it. Please beware of places like this that have more unrepairable cars already on their lot. Very teachable experience.

  Ms.Katie is the best in what she does . The Mechanic Spot wouldn’t operate without her , she’s a jack of all trades. I’ve had several cars that me personally wouldn’t send to anyone else. From new engine to suspension work and work on a transmission these are all different cars . Oh and did I mention they have serval payment options. Ms. Katie and the crew are efficient and very professional. Send your vehicle in and you’ll receive it no more than 2 -3 days , depending on what’s wrong . Long story short my family loves the Mechanic Spot

  The mechanic spot is the local shop that our company uses to service our box trucks and sprinter vans. Sometimes we need very urgent turnarounds on our vehicles and they’ve always responded with an incredible level of enthusiasm to meet those needs. We’ve come back time and time again because they’re always very accommodating and communicative about our vehicles’ needs. Their hospitality is unmatched, I never feel like our trucks are in bad hands.
