I check the price range on AI and The Mechanic Spot's prices where right around the low to middle. Got both vehicles back when they said they would be done and the work was done correctly.
- RJRodney JenkinsApr 7, 20261.0The worst shop ever I am now without a car and spent over 5k with them just to mess up on a coolant flush told me they will do it right the 2nd time for free because now I have a damaged heater core and head gasket they charged me to fix heater core and tried to make me pay $220 dollars for the flush again but said they will do it right this time and I paid $347 the first time after I went back and forth with them they did it for free the laid Katie is rude and Allways acting nice until they mess up and saying im not going to argue with you but this is not your car thats getting miss treated or half assed on also she told me since it took 4 months for me to start having symptoms that the coolant flush wasn’t done right they can’t do heater core for free . Why do I have to check my coolant everyday after they did a job and make sure it’s done right im expecting it to be done right yall are the mechanics also I spent $1350 on the heater core fix after flush was not done correctly now i have a damaged head gasket and all they have to say is sorry and for me to use so leak block if im going to sell it to someone that shows you that they main intention is to get over on people NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP I SPENT OVER 5k with them just to be without a car and now have a bigger situation then I had before they worked on it
