    I rent cars 2–3 times a month for work, and the downtown Nashville SIXT location has become my go-to spot. Lionel, the branch manager, is the man — always takes great care of me and makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond. Every vehicle I’ve rented has been extremely clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. You can tell they take pride in the customer experience. Highly recommend this location if you’re renting in Nashville

    I like the central location, and convenience. Note to management: you can’t have 1 HC running the front desk and preparing the cars. Arrived on pickup time and waited for an hour to get my car. I know Sixt does better in other locations.

    ***Updated May 04, 2026**** After filing the complain with BBB, BBB have received the response from Sixy: MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: Upon a final review of XXX‘s damage file, in an effort of goodwill we have decided to close and no longer continue financial pursuit of it. We look forward to the opportunity to service their rental needs in the future. For anybody is not aware: Sixt just paid out a class action lawsuit for $11 million this year for ripping off customers. I read many BBB sites complaints about Sixt. Some states have a few others have 100’s of complaints. FINAL COMMENTS: ****DO NOT RENT FROM SIXT ***** Consumer Alert - I found this company is cheating money. I have reported the case to ReportFraud.ftc.gov I rented a car on April 23, 2026 approx. 4pm at the above location, I checked the car and take a few photos before driving the car away to record the damage on the car. I returned the car same day April 24, 2026 approx. 11:15pm at the same location, parked the car, return the key to the key box, there is no new scratches or damage to the car. I returned the car early because I was staying in Nashville downtown and there is no place for me to park the car and I also have meeting on April 25, 2026. On April 24 @ 6:57am, I received the return receipt from Sixt Car Rental, confirmed no new damages on the car, There is a name on the return summary - Carlos B. On April 24 @ 8:59am, I received the formal invoice from Sixt Car Rental, confirming the final charges of the rental. On April 26 @ 10:34am, I received an email from Sixy, saying there is damages to the car, resquesting me to respond to the new damages, then I respond right away, stating I was not aware of the new damages, I returned the car on April 23 at 11:15am, the office confirmed no damage and sent me the invoice, however, now the daqmage report sent me over 48 hours after the car return, totally unfair On Apirl 26 @ 10:57am, I received an email from Sixy, confirming they received my response, they are looking into the information. On April 28 @ 8am, I received an email from Sixy, stating the report repair is 1250.93USD. I found this company is unbelieveable, confirmed the no damage to the rental car next day then report another damage after 48 hours of the return? Why the client was being blamed for the damage, how the company prove I was the one to caused damage while the car was in their procession for more than 48 hours after the return. Totally unacceptable.
