- TNTaye Nelson2 days ago5.0New to Sixt and had an incredible experience, from setting up the rental to customer service at check-in. The price and quality of vehicles are simply unmatched. I usually don't rent from the airport because Enterprise or National are expensive enough that it's cheaper for me to Uber from BNA to Franklin and rent from a local branch instead. This time, out of curiosity, I checked Sixt and found much better pricing and a better vehicle selection for the price. I canceled my Enterprise rental and will be seeking out Sixt everywhere I travel from now on.

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they did not have my vehicle available or ready and when I asked for a different one they accommodated me instantly with no hesitation. The Manager that was working she was so nice. I think her name was Marquita. The cars are nice and clean and affordable. I will be back again.

We drove through the new camera system to document and take pictures of the vehicle we rented. It didn't register the cracked windshield when we left. Which was at 12:30am and no employees where around to complain. We took multiple pictures of the issue and turned them in. They are now charging us $950 for a windshield and won't return our phone calls. Very unprofessional and we won't rent from them again. Save yourself the aggression and rent from some one else.

They gave me an upcharge of 300 dollars and I called them to clear it up and they told me I should've checked in at the front desk even though I ask the only guy working if I had to sign anything and he said no. This company is unprofessionaland untrustworthy.
