  This was a horrible experience. Morgan was not very good at communicating through this entire process. The customer service was far from fair and I believe they ripped me off. If I could leave a lesser review I would. Please don’t be fooled like I was. I informed them I was coming in for an alternator and belt replacement and they charged me a $175 diagnostic fee where the only thing that was found was a bad alternator and bad belt. I do not believe I should have been charged for someone to regurgitate information that I fed them. They also charged $160 to tow it 8miles to a much more reasonable shop. The original bill was $200/hr for labor alone which is absolutely ridiculous. I am also missing my CarPlay that was in my car. I will never be using prestige again and I hope you don’t either. Even though Morgan insisted that she has worked in this industry for 20 years, I’m convinced she’s never had a civil conversation with a single person.

  I visited this shop today to get my car diagnosed, but unfortunately my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The receptionist(The guy) had a poor attitude, couldn’t give me a clear timeline for when someone could even speak with me about my car, and didn’t seem knowledgeable enough to answer basic questions. I understand he’s not the technician, but I expected better communication and customer service. Instead, it felt like the main focus was collecting the $150 diagnostic fee without explaining, what the next steps might be or even what they would actually be checking. Based on my experience, I decided not to leave my car there.

  Brought my car here for a coolant leak and issues changing gears. After a month both problems happened again, so I took my car back (still under warranty.) I asked ahead of time if I would have to pay another diagnostic fee and was told no. When I called back 2 days later they said I WOULD have to pay another diagnostic fee due to coolant leak in a different hose?? This was never discussed that another diagnostic fee would have to be paid when my car is already under warranty.

  We were visiting from out of town and had some car troubles on the way in. I searched for repair shops in the area, and found this one had positive reviews, so we headed over. We dropped the car off late Friday afternoon and they had us back on the road for our departure on Monday. Morgan was awesome, as she offered a transparent evaluation and estimate process and good conversation while I hung out at the shop.
