- JGJohn Garcia3 days ago1.0This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a Shop Austin was the person I was dealing with and I had my truck there a week when he called me and told me all my parts were there and that was a lie and my truck is still leaking and they did nothing they said they did they basically charged me 1k dollars for nothing they stole my money didn't change any parts they said they did they completely ripped me off

Morgan at the front service desk was extremely kind and worked with her part guy very hard to find what they needed for our repair. They sent pictures of the issues they found during the diagnosis with an explanation of each one and the cost to fix it. One of our repairs did end up being more expensive than the original quote, but we were just happy to be able to get back home when it was all said and done.
