  Mattie did an outstanding job and was so friendly and helpful during my visit to get my new tires!!! I would recommend her and NTB on 8th ave. to everyone!!! I will definitely be returning for future car servicing!!

  I had never had a negative experience until this past time, and now NTB will never get my business. I went in for a routine oil change before making a long drive to Chicago. I had an 8am appointment and didn't even get spoken to until 10am. The wait alone was frustrating, but the results they gave me was even worse. They told me my tires were bald and both struts were shot, and that the strut repair alone would be over $1,000. An oil change, 4 new tires, and two new struts, around $2,000 in repairs and about 3-4 hours of work. I started crying in the lobby because I had to be in Chicago by 6pm. I ended up only getting the oil change, renting a car, and driving to Chicago. Once I got home, I took my car to another shop, where they told me my struts were completely fine and I only needed 3 tires changed. He also said when my struts need fixed, it'd only be $600 total. I later learned NTB/Mavis works off of commission and was disappointed in their operations. Not only did they take forever for an oil change, but they allowed me to cry in their lobby knowing their assessment was corrupt. Do not use NTB/Mavis.

  Had a fantastic experience with Mattie and her team! Even when they couldn’t fix my problem due to it being out of their scope, they were able to diagnose it and were so helpful and honest in advising on next steps. Will be back!!

  Great communication, kept me updated, had parts in stock, very good result and reasonably priced. This was the best experience l've had at a repair shop! Mattie was able to get my car in quickly and answer ALL my questions. She was very polite and made sure my car was finished before I had to leave for an exam! I cannot recommend them enough and I will be back in the future because of how wonderful my experience was.

  This store is terrible I went in there spoke with the store manager and asked her can they put on aftermarket parts and she said yes. From that point they started messing up my truck. They even went to a junkyard to get a part for my truck. They had my truck for 3 weeks and they were not reimburse me for the rental or give me any of my money back. The district manager was no help and I do not recommend no one to this place. They had to send my truck to another company to get it fixed. If you do take it there look over your vehicle closely.
