  sweetest lady at the counter ever. Discounted my tires and replaced it after closing, on an emergency. Xx they accommodated well and took disposed of the old tire for me!

  I had a great experience at NTB, and a big part of that was because of the woman working the front desk, Mattie. She was incredibly easy to talk to, professional, friendly, and had a great lighthearted personality. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and pleasant, which really stood out to me. It’s always nice when someone genuinely seems to care about making customers feel welcome. NTB is lucky to have her!

  So happy I took my car to NTB this morning - and especially happy they were open at 9 am on a Sunday to handle a time sensitive repair. Had two tire replacements and a check of other tires and systems completed in less than two hours. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return (though hopefully not too soon)!

  If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I needed my coolant topped off and left with a broken windshield and a promise that they would only pay 1/3 of the damages. I went in on July 7th after work to get my coolant topped off. They said that I had to get a coolant flush and made it seem like you don’t top off coolant you have to flush it (wrong) but I just got this nicer car and figured they were telling the truth. So they begin the service. I asked if they could also change my windshield wiper blades and Mattie (the manager) said they could and that it would be a quick turn around. That was the last communication I truly got until she came to get me 2 hours later and said she had to show me something real quick before I left. On the walk to my car she informed me that they had cracked my windshield and would cover 1/2 of the damages. Then when she took my payment for the services and wrote down her number she wrote that they would only cover a 1/3. like what?? I was now running late to an appointment since this was not a quick service and told her I would come back later to handle this. I was advised to call the police and get a report done since they broke my windshield and didn’t offer to cover the full cost of damages. When I got back there later that day with the police all of a sudden Mattie was “just planning to call me” and tell me she was going to cover everything at 100% and that I would get a full refund for the services as well. Before I could even speak to her or the officers and tell them the situation. I then asked if i could speak and explained the situation. She continued to say that they would cover everything. We avoided a police report because of that. The crack was so bad they asked me to drive as little as possible because it was a safety hazard btw. She asked me to come back the next day at 8 am and she would be here to get my windshield replaced. So I go out of my way to get my car there and had to make it to my job by borrowing my sisters car. I haven’t heard anything from her by 10:30 am so I called to check in. She said she was just abt to call me… and that she wasn’t getting everything worked out with the company. Now it’s almost 1 pm and I have just gotten a call from her telling me they won’t be able to get the windshield replaced that day and that I would need to bring my car back for a third time the next day. I bring my car back for the third day in a row to get my windshield fixed. At this point I still have not received a refund for the services either and she said she would have to talk with her Regional manager again. She told me she would be there at 8 am to get everything done with my car. I didn’t hear from her at 8 so at 8:15 I walked across the street to check if she was there and she was not. So I asked the employee to have Mattie call me when she got there. She did not. I still hadn’t heard anything by 10:30 so I called and she said she just planning to call me……. and that the windshield people wouldn’t be here until this afternoon and she would give me a courtesy call (doubtful) when they got there. She actually called me around 2:45 saying that the windshield guys were on the way and they’d be there in 20 minutes but she would call me again to confirm. She never did. I asked her long the service would be and she said it would take them 2 hours to complete. I never got a call from her again. I showed back up at 5 pm to get my car and she said… you guessed it… she just planning to call me to tell me it was ready. I had to reach out to the regional manager, Damion, myself to put in a formal complaint about Mattie and get a refund started. He told me i would have to go in store the following day to get that processed and that either he or Mattie or both would call me by 12 pm that day to get it started. I finally got my refund the next day but that whole process was incredibly inconvenient, was not made easier for me at all, and handled very unprofessionally.
