  We were so excited to visit Nashville and visit family. We chose this time to rent a car versus having family to pick us up! It made such a difference! We took our time enjoy a different route. National Car Rental made it all easy and so pleasant!!! Thank you so much for the amazing service and the kindness throughout the whole process! I encourage everyone to use National Car Rental...they are definitely 5 STARS!!!

  I was given a car with some major problems where I believe safety was a factor. When I turned in the car I told them all the problems that I encountered. Fortunately, the gentle who received the car was a manager named Trey. Trey was not only professional, but he was also actually concerned. He took the time to listen and commented appropriately, which showed that he was actually listening. I appreciate his concern about my concerns. I appreciate the actions that he took to show that concern. Trey even took an extra step to communicate with me via email. Please thank Trey for me for his excellent service. It is people like him that keep people like me renting from National Car. As an Executive Elite member, I wish that National Car had a lot more representative like Trey.

  Having the executive level membership with nations makes renting cars so easy! I like that their rental car location is on the airport grounds at BNA. That made locating the rental car pickup area easy. With the executive perks I get to walk up to whatever car I want and get in and drive off, no checking in at the desk, waiting on paperwork etc. I love national and use them when I travel and need transportation accommodations.

  National car rental is my absolute go-to every time I travel! Whether it's for pleasure or for business, walking past all the counters straight to the lot, picking the car I want, is top-shelf level customer service and customer experience. If you haven't tried it, you're missing out! Check in and drop off is as easy as pulling in the lot and getting your baggage out of the car by the time you’ve done that your receipt is already emailed to you or printed your choice. Super easy! I recommend this to all of my business partners, family, and friends when they tell me they’re about to travel.

  I had a very frustrating experience with my recent car rental. I originally reserved a full-size SUV, but upon arrival, I was redirected to the “Elite Club,” which ended up being a downgrade from what I had booked. I returned to the counter to have my original reservation honored. They then offered me a full-size SUV, but it was excessively large and not practical for my needs. After explaining this, I was sent back again and eventually given a mid-size SUV instead — still not what I reserved. To make matters worse, the situation became even more disappointing when I was finally given a Toyota RAV4, which is clearly a smaller, mid-size SUV. Despite this downgrade, I was still charged the full-size SUV rate. What’s most confusing is how vehicles like a Ford Explorer or Volkswagen Atlas are categorized. These are often considered full-size SUVs, yet they sometimes appear under lower-cost reservations. This creates inconsistency and makes it unclear what customers are actually paying for. Overall, the process was disorganized, I did not receive the vehicle category I paid for, and I was still charged the higher rate. This experience needs better transparency, consistency in vehicle classification, and proper honoring of reservations
