  Nashville & Birmingham Airports has the best teams! From first touch at the gate when exiting the parking lot to turning in process, the customer service level is consistently positive, friendly & engaging. The people make the travel experience delightful. Traveling is never any fun & somehow they make it smooth. Grateful to the National Teams for going above & beyond. PS…Fish at BNA serviced me yesterday 8/28 when turning in my car & was amazing! Great employee! Thank you for the quality training provided!

  Everything was fine. The issue is I don't rent from National for just fine...they used to have cool cars, not anymore. Just the same lame SUV's as all the other rental car agencies. Now it is just down to price. Whichever rental car agency is cheapest is the one I go with.

  The cars were not clean at pickup. The exterior was dirty, and the interior was in very poor condition. It honestly seemed like they hadn't been cleaned between multiple rentals. Very disappointing experience.

  I love National Car Rental. The customer service is outstanding and the quality of car is always great. The best part is the easy and efficiency in pick up and drop off... The customer experience is the best in the industry and I have tried others. Thank you National for going the extra mile... :-)

  I've rented from National on several occasions and the staff is always extremely friendly, polite and helpful. That didn't change with this experience but I had issues with the vehicle itself. I rented a luxury vehicle and I absolutely enjoyed driving it but the vehicle left much to be desired, as it was not the cleanest by any means. The vehicle had dirt spots all over the exterior, there were areas of dirt in the interior and the rims were filthy. Whoever cleaned this vehicle after the last rental did a poor job and it was a travesty to actually give the vehicle to a customer given the condition it was in. Do better.
