  I had an amazing and extremely easygoing experience purchasing my brand-new Outlander Sport ES. Ty is so friendly, attentive, laid-back, and professional, and he made sure to go over everything without making me feel like my questions were a bother. He welcomed me immediately and I never felt pressured into making a purchase.Ty and the staff at Music City Mitsubishi treated my mother and me with the utmost respect. I can honestly say we had fun! Normally, purchasing a car is stressful for me, but Ty made the process stress-free. I appreciate you all!

  The entire experience purchasing was great from start to finish. Our salesman Ty was awesome to work with. This was the fastest I've ever purchased a car. Start to finish was less than two hours, including test drive, negotiation, and all paperwork signng. The vehicle was a great price, had everything that was needed and nothing that wasn't, all for less than half the price of the average new car. Couldn't be happier.

  I inquired about Outlander Mitsubishi Sports and spoked to Shawn. He was friendly, very professional and if he didn't know the answer. He found it out and got back to me. Everything was done online by my phone. It was a Wonderful Experience, Fast and it was Great Team work! I Highly recommend Music City Mitsubishi Nashville Tn. I was in a wreck and had No one to take me to Nashville Tn. My car was delivered the very Next Day with very professional transporters!! Thank you Shawn and Keep up the Great Work. I been telling everyone of my Great Experience!!
