This is the first dealership I have ever worked with when it comes to maintenance or parts for my vehicle. I live in a small town two hours away from Music City Mitsubishi, where I spent entirely too much money at multiple small businesses trying to solve an issue with my vehicle. They were a couple of minor maintenance concerns going on with my 2014 outlander and none of the local mechanics could seem to identify and resolve the issue. This led me to the most thoughtful service team over at Music City Mitsubishi. A few reasons why I was beyond satisfied with their service team: 1. I was treated as a normal customer, not as a stereotype of young woman, Meaning, I was fully listened to, when stating my concerns and the things I had already identified on the vehicle. 2. The team was timely and kept me updated through text and phone calls during the appointment. They prioritized my needs and took into consideration the distance I had traveled for their services. 3. They actually drove my vehicle multiple times to ensure the work was correctly finished. I can see when the vehicle is actually test driven because the keys have an AirTag attached. 4. THE ACTUAL WORK DONE: This team insured, my problem would be fixed before leaving Nashville, and it was! In addition, they identified recalls and fixed them while I was there. Might I add, my vehicle has 230,000+ miles on it, and the team still treated it with the importance of a brand new purchase. I really appreciated their attention and care in the services they provided. 5. Especially, I have Logan in the service department to thank for helping me navigate this experience and ultimately ensuring I left the dealership fully satisfied and in a safe vehicle. After all the wonderful work they did, they even helped me out with the price by working out some awesome discounts. My whole visit came out to a fraction of the expected cost. 6. THIS WAS SPECIAL: Logan wrote a detailed report that clearly demonstrated how the local mechanic, who I used weeks before for a brake service, had caused a problem and failed to correct it upon secondary inspection. Logan’s remarks in the service documentation resulted in the local mechanic refunding 50% of the money he charged me. Overall, I have to thank the team at Music City Mitsubishi for providing me with such outstanding customer service and professional competence throughout this process. Y’all rock 🤘🏼

Absolutely a 5-star experience from start to finish! Matt and Shawn and the whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. They made the entire car-buying process smooth, and easy. Communication was great, pricing was transparent, and they truly went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my situation worked for me and my family. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a stress-free experience! Truly grateful and blessed to have worked with them!

Great attitude, no pressure. They understood I need to take time. Matt was a chill rep that made me feel comfortable. Shawn closed the deal made it personal for me made it was making the right decision. And Brad Holman made the finance happen, weighed my options, looked at the future prospects rather then just getting me in a car now! Super appreciative of the time and care these 3 give to a consumer, their product, and their company!

I had a good experience with the sales staff at Music City Mitsubishi but their service department leaves much to be desired. But let me first start out with the sales team. I bought a new Mirage there and they offered the best deal out of the three dealers in the middle TN area. The sales team is the best. Their service department will lie to you and not do work they say they did. As part of buying the Mirage I got 3 complimentary service visits. So I brought my Mirage in for a complementary service for a tire rotation and oil change, as both were due under my specific intervals and I had the time to bring it in. I had done self-maintaince beforehand so I waited to bring it in. I came in a little late, but they had an hour before the service department closed for a tire rotation, cabin air filter change, and oil change. They completed the oil change and I believe the cabin air filter, but they did not rotate my tires. I had bent a wheel at after the 2nd tire rotation, and was able to track the location of that tire. I had roughly straightened the wheel but it was still noticeable. The car entered service with the repaired bent wheel on the rear drivers side. It left with the tire on the same spot. I was initially suspicious, assuming I was in the wrong, but I checked my photos of the car, and yes, they did not rotate my tires. What upsets me the most is that the receipt said they did. I keep meticulous, near obsessive maintenance of my Mirage. I now have to write on the receipt they lied, and had to do the tire rotation myself. The service advisor is very nice, and I hope this was a mistake, but still, they didn't do the work they were supposed to, even if the maintenance was complimentary.

Hi everyone, I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared so others don’t waste their time. On Friday (3/27), I went to Music City Mitsubishi to look at a 2024 Ford Explorer listed at $31,724. The test drive went well, and I was ready to move forward. I asked simple questions about the condition of the tires and brakes—basic due diligence on a used vehicle. The salesperson didn’t know, and the manager, Drew, didn’t know either. Instead of getting answers, he offered (without me asking) to replace the tires and brakes at no cost if I bought the car. The next day (Saturday), he called and suddenly said he might be “in over his head” on that offer. I returned to the dealership, and during negotiations he began walking back what he had already committed to. After going back and forth, we reached an agreement to move forward and revisit tire options with the shop on Monday. Based on that agreement, I left a $500 refundable cash deposit to hold the vehicle and extended my rental car. Then on Sunday at 6 PM—when the dealership is closed—I get a call saying, “I can’t do the deal, I have more in the car than I thought,” and that I needed to come get my deposit back. After two days of discussions and negotiations, suddenly they “didn’t know” their own numbers? Even more concerning, the vehicle price was raised on their website shortly after—from $31,724 to $33,070. This felt completely dishonest. I was told what I wanted to hear to keep me engaged, had my time tied up for two days, left a deposit in good faith, and then the deal was pulled under questionable circumstances at the last minute. The timing—waiting until Sunday evening when dealerships are closed—only makes it worse. Yes, they gave me my deposit back. That is the only reason this is a 1-star review. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went from being genuinely impressed with this dealership to having zero trust in how they do business. If you’re shopping in the Nashville area, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Time is money—and mine was completely wasted here.
