- QBQuani BauerMay 7, 20262.0Communication and trust. The lady manager was cashing me out and had confusion about the groupon that the check in lady put in when i drove up. Apparently, they dont ask you what kind of oil you want or Groupon you paid for, they assume. I paid for full synthetic. When trying to confirm what type they used, the lady manager said based on my previous visit and speaking with the mechanic, they used full synthetic. But what if I wanted a blend? It never made sense. The mechanic mentioned to me that he knew what type to use based on ny cap reading 520. Since when does your oil cap tell you what type of oil to use? I thought it was based on mileage. When I kept trying to confirm what the difference was and how they could show me, the lady manager kept referring to the Groupon. She then told me that there was no difference in the colors of the oil so you wouldn't be able to tell, if we dipped them. I could tell she was irritated with me and was gaslighting me so I left. Never to return. I no longer trust Jiffy Lube. Even if they did use the correct oil, they way it was handled and the gaslighting was not okay with me.
- TCTory CrutcherMay 2, 20261.0I use this particular location because of convenience this is the second time I've went and had a service done that they did not follow the guidelines sheet that they provide of the items that they check I reported it to the manager last time and I had to say some again this time and it's not the whole entire team is just this one technician that service my vehicle I spoke with the manager on the last occasion and again mention something to him this occasion which he just brushed it off I definitely would not recommend anyone that wants their money worth what they've been charged for what the work manifest that they provide you if you're not looking at that then you're fine
