  Gerber was the best. I've never worked with a business that kept me so informed. I not only received SMS notifications on the status of my vehicle but also direct message updates from the service department. It was so nice not to have to chase information. Tommy and the team finished well before the proposed completion date, saving me hundreds of dollars on my rental. Staff was friendly, informative, and the repairs were done with the utmost precision. My truck looks great. They even went the extra mile by giving my vehicle a little detail before returning the keys to me. God forbid you need collision or glass work, they'll do it right, and Gerber's level of communication gives you peace of mind through the whole process. 5 stars and then some!

  I had a great experience with Gerber Collision. Dealing with my insurance dragged on for so long that by the time I brought my car in, I was nearing the end of my rental, but Millard and his team worked with my tight timeline and made sure everything was taken care of. I was really impressed with their consistent, proactive communication throughout the process. Even the ladies in the office were incredibly kind and helpful, which made the whole experience that much smoother.

  Millard and the gang fixed my car up nice. I can’t even tell there was ever damage! The receptionists were lovely as well :) no complaints here

  Car is undrivable, messed up transmission after being taken here. They knowingly put me in a death trap, as i lost acceleration on I-40 and almost died.... Bumper wasn't clipped on, plastic hanging off near wheel, lazy paint job

  Amazing shop! The work was completed on time and the quality exceeded expectations. I can’t remember his name, but the guy who runs the place was my point of contact and he was great to work with. 10/10, would definitely return for future work.
