  I would like to take a moment to recognize **David Rosenberger, Exotic Car Collection Manager**, for his exceptional professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer service\. I rented an Enterprise vehicle and was told that I would receive a call when a particular vehicle became available\. Frankly, I never expected that call to come\. However, David proved me wrong\. He remembered his commitment, followed through, and was true to his word\. Although I ultimately elected to keep my existing vehicle rather than rent another one, David’s professionalism and attention to detail left a lasting impression\. His level of service is truly world\-class and has earned both my respect and my future business with Enterprise\. At a time when customer service standards seem to be declining across the industry, David represents something increasingly rare: **a genuine commitment to the customer, where promises are kept and relationships matter more than simply completing a rental transaction\.** Enterprise is fortunate to have someone of David’s caliber representing its brand\. He is an exceptional ambassador for the company and deserves special recognition for the outstanding service he provides\. **David may not have rented me another vehicle this time, but he accomplished something far more valuable: he earned my loyalty as an Enterprise customer\.**

  The first time I rented a car I used Enterprise. It was such a great experience that I always rent cars only with Enterprise. My kids have seen how great the service is and they now only rent with Enterprise. The process is easy and every car has been spectacular. Every person who I have worked with have had excellent customer service

  I rent cars all over the country and mostly use Enterprise. I have to say, everyone at this location was on point and then some! Courteous, efficient and actually made eye contact when speaking to you. Keep it up!
