  Extremely difficult to locate the charging station. The mall has multiple garages for parking and it was basically "hunt and peck" to find the correct garage that actually housed the charging stations. Also, it would make tremendous sense to have some identifying feature/log on the outside of the parking structure to actually identify the garage where the charging units are hidden. This should not be that difficult!

  It Say 350 KWH but when you charge it starts 45 kwh to 56 kwh and then after 50% it drops to 26 kwh it really sucks. And you can not leave to go another place coz they have already charged you a specific amount. This is called cheating with customers.

  Went on a Thursday around noon, only 1 other car when we got there and 2 others when we left. Charging was fast. Google maps tried to route us through a Hilton but if you continue past and around the block it will take you to the gold parking garage where the chargers are right inside. The elevator is nearby and level 3 takes you to a pedestrian bridge to a Dillards where there are bathrooms to the back left of the store. There isn't a true food court at this mall but there are restaurants and a few mall food places. At the other end of the mall from Dillard's is Bazooka subs which was delicious. For how close this is off I40, it's a great option especially if you are heading west, as the next evgo is 126 miles. I would definitely use this location again.
