    I had a good Customer Service. I was glad to be driving a new truck and not when I had to worry about car problems. They even helped me get to my wallet when I accidentally locked it in after hours.

    This place sucks! No customer service and no communication to customer. Reserved a 12 to 14 ft box truck a week so I can move my belongings from Florida to Tennessee. Was running a little late so-called to let them know, that's when they informed me that they only had a cargo van. Had two emails and a phone number to contact somebody and never did! They didn't really care nor did they come up with any other option than a cargo van which was way smaller than what I needed! I was supposed to leave tonight to drive 12 hrs and now everything is closed which put me behind. I had paid help to help me move tomorrow and now I have to find new help or do it myself! Complete joke and nobody gives a crap obviously bc they were just wanting to get out of there to go wherever because it was close to 5:00. And the reason for not having the truck was that a light was out in the back and it had no gas cap! Are you kidding me? I had to walk out because I was so mad! Not to mention there were at least seven or eight other trucks parked on the side of the building. You think they would have offered a bigger truck or something but nope they didn't even do that! So take your cargo van and stick it where the sun don't shine! Will never recommend this place to anybody!
