  Would give ZERO stars if I could.. my husband and I have rented from this location for 2+ years and every time there is always something new that results in us having a horrible experience. It's a rather long list of new bs they feed us every time we are there. Today, my husband showed up to pick up the vehicle we had reserved. The reservation was in my name, the credit card was in my name. However, they chose to make a fuss because he was the one to pick it up and they even suggested that he stole my credit card?!?!?!? WE ARE MARRIED WITH THE SAME LAST NAME. He walked straight out and canceled our reservation, and we immediately called the Murfreesboro location. Got there, signed the contract and was in and out with NO hassle in less than 15 minutes. We will never do business at this Enterprise again.

  I had been struggling with another company trying to get a cargo van rental and found Enterprise had one. I called to confirm (since I had already be burned by the company closest to me). Doug was very kind and patient and reassured me that I would have a vehicle for pick up the next morning. Joseph was wonderful in my rental process and again was very kinda and supportive. It was a great experience especially since I went through a pretty bad experience the day before with another company. I appreciate your employees at the Lebanon Pike location, thank you!

  KD and Shannon where awesome to work with ..very professional and two of the best human beings I’ve ever met ..I’d do business with them anytime and invite them to the family barbecue..they took care of me and mine in ways they will never know thank you two for making it as painless as possible ..you two are going places ..God speed !
