Our experience with the Nashville Truck Rental team was stellar! From our first contact with Shannon, through our 3 week rental, to our check out and follow up from Shannon, we felt personally taken care of and valued as customers. Thank you for a trouble free experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Reserved a cargo van with AWD online only to show up and be told they didn't have one. Then I was told that I couldn't leave my car at the location overnight, so I had to take the van home and taxi back to the rental lot to get my car. Huge pain in the butt. Finally, after returning the van I got a bogus charge for taking it on a toll road despite having only driven it in Davidson and Cheatham counties, where there are, let's see...ZERO toll roads! So I got scammed out of $28 on the backend by some BS service that Enterprise just gave my credit card info without my consent (this was never brought up when going through my rental contract). I've used Enterprise almost exclusively for many years, but after this experience I guess I'm a Hertz guy now. Get bent! UPDATE: To make matters worse, it looks like Enterprise's solution to the problem below is to simply link me to their general "contact us" page, which contains no direct lines to resolve billing disputes. All what's available are a bunch of phone numbers and chat lines for a bunch of unrelated departments that are only available conveniently while I would otherwise be at work. But sure, let me take additional time off the clock to meander down a maze of dead ends explaining to one confused rep after another how some whack third party service y'all partner with is scamming your customers. My review stands. Stay bent.
