  I want to shoutout Tristan at this location for his outstanding customer service. When I arrived he was the only employee on staff working the counter and managing over 10 customers at a time, while simultaneously answering a constant ringing phone. He deserves a raise, PAY THE MAN💰

  This Enterprise has been wonderful for all of my rental needs. I have had to rent cars while my car was in the shop and for trips. They have been very efficient and have communicated well.

  Made a reservation for a car, received confirmation of said reservation. Received a call that they did not in fact have any cars available, and did I want to cancel my reservation manually, or should they do it on their end? Don't rent from here!

  Tristian is awesome he went above and beyond to make my rental process as smooth as possible. He’s incredibly professional yet down to earth. This will be my go to location should I ever need to rent a car in the future.

  East Nashville location was so understaffed that it took almost two hours to pick up a pre reserved car. There were three people in front of me… I rented a minivan to drive to Knoxville and pick up my daughters from their grandparents. It snowed the entire time. Blizzard style. Driving 40 miles per hour on I-40. Couldn’t see on top of salt from the road…windshield wiper fluid would not come out. I checked the tank. Full. Motor must have been broken. I drove almost 8 hours, in a snowstorm, 4 hours with my small children, not being able to clean the windshield unless I pulled over and wiped it. Dangerous BS I didn’t sign up for especially after paying $300. Do better corporate. The only reason I gave even 2 stars is because the staff were beyond amazing.
