  Tierney and the rest of the team gave great service! I initially was given a Nissan Rogue but halfway through the first rental day, the check engine light came on. They quickly and smoothly changed me out to a Ford Escape (same class of vehicle!) even though they had very little inventory available. Thank you!

  Eric was fantastic and made the process super simple for my first time renting a car. They didn't have the car I reserved but they were nice enough to upgrade me and it was a great experience all around. I have another trip in June and I have already reserved with this location.

  The only reason I am giving out 5 stars is because on Angie! After getting disconnected and getting wrong answers from someone else in the office, I was lucky enough to get Angie and she was great! Airport staff was short and impersonal even though they were either standing around or driving like maniacs- Angie is the shining star!

  Fantastic customer service from Adrianna, who I think is the manager, she was super calm and patient and helpful. She was also very vigilant in checking we had the right car for our needs, we were planning a long road trip. Unfortunately due to change of plans we did not end up renting from this branch but are flying to another city - have already booked with Enterprise there as our experience here has made us feel more confident. We've had high stress from first attempting to rent a car from Avis in Nashville - turned out they didn't have any cars available but took money from our account anyway - we've learnt it's a must to call up the specific branch before booking! We wish we had just gone straight to Enterprise!

  Booked car rental yesterday and received TEXT confirmation. In the morning received another TEXT message to check in before we arrive which we did. Walked 1.6 miles to their pick up location and was told they dont have any cars available and they tried to call us to let us know. I didn't receive any phone calls. When I said nobody called my phone I was told maybe i didn’t pick up. Again I said i didn't get any phone calls. Then I was told they didn’t have my phone number. I WAS GETTING TEXT MESSAGE ON MY PHONE!! Then lady found my correct number and said they dont know what happened. I know what happened. THEY DIDNT CALL!!!! I will never rent cars from this company. Terrible customer service
