  The only compliant we had was that the gas tanks was "nearly full" and we were told to return it at the same level. That is pretty hard to gauge since gas gages are not very precise. out sure what would happen if we didn't hit the mark. Most rentals provide the car full and want it back full. That's straight forward, no guess work

  Sometimes power comes in small packages. I had little expectation for a smooth transaction when I walked in near closing time a finding a long line of customers, but the two young ladies handled the crowd and the incoming phone calls with an efficiency and gracefulness belied their soft spokenness and serene faces. Thanks especially to Tiereny who got me processed at lightning speed.

  Tierney and the rest of the team gave great service! I initially was given a Nissan Rogue but halfway through the first rental day, the check engine light came on. They quickly and smoothly changed me out to a Ford Escape (same class of vehicle!) even though they had very little inventory available. Thank you!
