  This place is both convenient and caring. The staff goes above and beyond the call of hospitality. The speed at which your transaction occurs will exceed your expectations. The flexibility with the timing of your pick up and return are out of this world. I would very highly recommend this to anyone as a short term or long-term rental

  When you make a reservation you should be able to get your car right away and not wait for it to be cleaned, you know I was coming when you called and confirmed the reservation a day before. Bad Customer service.

  Was told that I could bring proof of insurance and a photo with barcode of my ID to pick up my rental. When I showed up I was told that wasn’t policy and I was SOL. Branch Manager was unkind to me and had nothing to say. Very unprofessional, spent money to get out there, and was told there was nothing I could do. Horribly run business.

  Look elsewhere! I mean, if you actually want to rent a vehicle or be treated with respect. I booked a reservation for a truck online. Apparently that online confirmed reservation is not actually a real confirmed reservation. We took a Lyft to pick up our vehicle and were promptly and rudely told our vehicle was no longer available and was canceled. They said they called us 2 days ago to actually confirm the reservation but my husband was working so didn’t answer. No voicemail was left. No emails sent. Now our time to pick up our vehicle was at 9am on our “confirmed reservation” but we arrived at 11:30am due to a change in schedule. They said they only hold the vehicle for 30 minutes. They don’t call you or email you before canceling your “confirmed reservation”. And the gentleman who claimed to be the manager definitely shouldn’t be working on a service-based industry. He initially claimed he could give us a sedan but then changed his tune and told us to go the airport. So even though they didn’t hold our reservation and we were now stranded, he had no interest in even trying to make things right. He actually went out of his way to be extremely unhelpful and rude. As someone who travels frequently and has rented countless vehicles, I’ve never experienced such an awful car rental experience or lack of accountability. Budget Rental Downtown Nashville provided excellent customer service to make things right where Enterprise so horribly failed. We would never consider renting a car with Enterprise ever again.

  At point of sale was given the option to select sports car - Dodge Challenger or similar - I rang the office a few days before collection to ask if we could extend the hire by one day which was fine. I asked about the car situation and was informed the office didn't stock challengers or the like but would try and source one. Arrived to collect the car, no dodge, no mustang etc. I feel like I got lip service to be honest. Ended up hiring a pick up trick for our road trip which was fine, but being our honeymoon, we wanted a Mustang or Dodge, nice bit of American muscle V8 for our road trip. Upon return, the office did help out financially for the issue which was great, BUT - don't allow Sports Car to be selected at point of sale if this isn't an actual option. Completely over promised and under delivered.
