    Nashville Airport (BNA) I rented a 2026 Nissan Altima and had a great experience. The vehicle featured the latest technology and delivered excellent fuel mileage; I was able to drive from Nashville to Memphis using just under 3/4 of a tank of fuel. The Enterprise staff were professional and customer-friendly, making both the check-in and turn-in processes an absolute breeze. My only complaint was the significant walking distance—no fault of Enterprise—required to get from the rental area to the departure terminal. Aside from that logistical inconvenience, it was a great car and a smooth rental process.

    I rented a jeep for my trip to Nashville this past weekend. The experience at the counter and all people involved was amazing. Customer experience is unmatched. However, the vehicle was horrible. It notified me several times a day of a needed oil change, I had to put air in the back right tire, and the key battery was dead. Every-time to get into the vehicle I had to unlock it manually (alarms screaming) and hold the key to the ignition. Every morning at 6am this was quite the wake up call for my neighbors. We even used Uber to avoid the complaints we were receiving. It didn’t ruin my trip but everyone in my group was very sad at this fact.

    After an accident with a deer, I had to rent a car from the airport to continue on with my vacation and all went great. When we got home, I had to return it to get one closer to my home. The guy at Enterprise told me he didn’t have my reservation and asked if I called to confirm. My insurance company set up the reservation and I said I didn’t know I had to call. He again told me I should have called to confirm. He did then find my reservation which was scheduled on the wrong date. He did have a car for me but I didn’t realize how bad the smell was from the cleaner used as it seemed like they were trying to hide cigarette smoke smell. Also, I had to go back within 2 hours as the key fob battery indicator light came on that it was low. Two days later, the car started having issues when driving it and I barely made it back to Enterprise. I was given a new car and that experience was fantastic! The woman who helped me knew I was frustrated and she was very friendly and quickly replaced the rental car with a very nice one.

    Pickup for the rental was scheduled for Saturday, June 20th at noon through online booking as well as a confirmation call from the location the day prior at the Gallatin, TN location. Arrived at noon, had already completed paperwork online. The location was closed, doors locked and no one on property. I discovered that the location closes at noon on Saturdays...my guess is that they left a few minutes early as this location was a ghost town. The question is if this is the case why did a rep from the location not mention that the pick up was scheduled at the closing time or encourage us to arrive sooner? Why does the Enterprise website not reflect accurate hours of operation when selecting desired pick up time? We had to call the corporate number and changed the reservation to the following day, 45 minutes away from closest location at the Nashville airport. No apologies, no concessions....horrible customer service at Gallatin location. The staff at the airport were very courteous, efficient and helpful considering my circumstance. BNA location was 5 stars and the Gallatin location doesn't deserve a rating at all.

    Do NOT rent from this location if you are of color. At first my husband and I thought it was just one person but it is the culture of this location. We sent not ONE but TWO white men dressed in a suit to ask for certain requests from this company and each time, it was granted immediately but when a black man request it because he is not dressed in a suit, here comes all of these “rules”. Rules in which we know if you are a white man in Nashville getting off a plane, these rules don’t even apply. No worries because we intend to publicly show their recordings how this is an issue at this location. Before anyone responds, we even offered to pay whatever the company charged for this request and all of sudden, they were “sold out. So at first it cost, we agreed and after you figured we can actually afford it, you are sold out. However, astounding how a recording of YOUR employees stating how many while men book for one care and this location allows them to leave with another. BEWARE!!!
