We "splurged" and rented an audi but experienced a number of issues that were disconcerting (or annoying). Tried for 30 minutes+ to put google maps on display - no luck, so placed phone on instrument cluster for entire trip. Texted Enterprise for support and was sent a link to the manual (which we'd already been trying to use...). Windshield had terrible glare due to film on inside. We bought windex and cleaned it ourselves. The Wrench light was on, with indications that key fob battery needed replaced (hopefully wouldn't expire on our drive in the mountains watching bears). And indication that "coolant was low". Very disconcerting as we're driving around the Smoky Mountains. We spoke about these issues when dropping off the car and the agent did provide some remuneration. We're writing review to ensure Enterprise HQ is aware and will better reinforce need for better maintenance.

I previously rented from the Enterprise location at BNA multiple a week, and while several employees there have been helpful and professional, my most recent experience was disappointing enough that I will not rent from this location again. I reserved a premium/luxury SUV class, and when I arrived, that class was not available. While that has happened more than once at this location and is frustrating, the availability issue was not the main problem. The real issue was how the situation was handled by leadership. Christine, who was assisting me at the counter, was kind, professional, and clearly trying to help. She went out of her way to see what options were available and apologized multiple times, even though the issue was not her fault. I appreciated her effort and professionalism. The problem was my interaction with Nai Spencer, who I understand is in a leadership role at the location. When I said I was willing to take a lower car class as long as the rate was adjusted accordingly, the conversation became unnecessarily dismissive. He, unprompted, acknowledged that I rent there frequently and when I corrected his assumption that every experience there is a positive one, he then made the comment, “But yet you keep coming back, huh?” The tone was condescending and inappropriate, and it came across as though he was saying my experience did not matter because I had continued renting there. Another customer and an employee nearby even reacted to the comment because it was that unnecessary. I later emailed regional leadership to share the feedback. The response I received acknowledged “availability issues” with recent rentals, but did not include an apology or directly address the concern I raised about professionalism and how customers are spoken to. That was disappointing, because the issue was not simply that a specific vehicle class was unavailable. The issue was the lack of respect and accountability in the interaction. At a minimum, customers should be treated professionally, especially when they are already being flexible about a reservation not being fulfilled as booked. I have continued renting from this location because it is convenient, but after this experience and the lack of meaningful acknowledgment afterward, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've always trusted the Enterprise brand and this most recent rental was exceptional. We were given a choice of two vehicles and my husband chose an Audi. NOT impressed with Audi, and when our tire pressure warning light repeatedly came on, we called and asked to switch vehicles, and they very quickly and professionally took care of us. Ralph gave us several choices of replacement vehicles and quickly had us on our way in a Hyundai Genesis which was top of the line. Check in and check out both times was professional and efficient. Price was reasonable, so I will continue to use Enterprise when renting a vehicle.

The vehicle was in good condition and the staff were great. My issue is with your tack on fees. A Customer Facility Charge of $10 a day, which cost me $70 over the rental period and a Concession Fee of $49.26??? You should be transparent when you reserve the vehicle that you plan to tack on these fees to your advertised daily rental rate. I will be much more careful next time when renting a vehicle from Enterprise and make sure I look for the hidden fees when comparing costs with other rental companies.

Courtney at Enterprise Rent-A-Car Nashville Airport helped me resolve an issue that took place at a different Airport location in another state. I am very grateful for her assistance. I was trying to contact the TX location after my after hours drop off and (the start of the problem) for several days after my drop off to resolve the TX error that was made but to no avail. So after coming to Tennessee with no resloution for days, I went to BNA Enterprise for help ( this location had nothing to to do with the error), but was able to help. COURTNEY graciously assisted me when three of her teammates ran the other way. Courtney at BNA resolved the matter and provided outstanding customer service!!!! Thank you Courtney for your assistance: you researched, and also looked at my evidence, timestamps, text correspondence between myself and the other location, and did your due diligence in correcting someone else's error. I will rent with Nashville BNA Enterprise car rental because of Courtney!!! Thank you again for your 5- Star 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟 customer service leading to customer satisfaction and retention for the company as a whole. 😊
