  The vehicle met my expectations and performed well throughout the trip, especially considering the long distances I traveled. The car was reliable and comfortable, making the journey enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the convenience of picking up the vehicle in one state and returning it in another. This flexibility made my travel plans much easier and was a major advantage. Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely consider Enterprise again for future trips and highly recommend their one-way rental service.

  Was hoping for some sort of acknowledgment of National Executive Elite status, understand while same parent company, different brands, but would have appreciated not being assigned a car barely in the reserved class (rented Intermediate) Nissan Sentra with shaky steering wheel, unpleasant smell, and 40K+ miles on it. There were plenty of other cars available on lot that evening but didn’t have the energy to fight after long flight and long wait in line.

  I paid for a premium SUV and got an Audi Q5. The interior wasn't in great shape, the entire infotainment system kept freezing and restarting which made using it on a road trip nearly impossible, the auto headlights would not turn on, even in the dark, and the auto windshield wipers would not work. This made for a very distracting, somewhat unsafe driving experience. I reporting these issues when I dropped off the vehicle and they did nothing about it. I would expect a considerable discount and got nothing.

  Many thanks to the Enterprise employees at the Nashville, TN Airport pick-up , Peoria Pioneer Park location, and , especially, the Philadelphia International Airport drop-off location. Because of a medical emergency, my daughter and I had to radically change our travel plans and return our rental vehicle to Philadelphia rather than Nashville. Enterprise employees stepped up and helped at all three locations. The Philadelphia employees helped shuttle us to our remotely parked personal vehicle despite operating in terrible weather, being short-staffed, and having to handle extremely heavy return volume. Hats off to all involved. You handled a difficult situation with grace and professionalism.

  I haven't rented a car in decades. We decided to fly to Nashville and rent a car vs spending our vacation time on the road. I rented from Enterprise and it was a seamless, efficient process. We had a mid sized Mazda CX-5 SUV. We had a issue with the 'infotainment' screen and I called them to notify them about it. When we returned the vehicle the Enterprise Rep asked about the vehicle, I explained the issue (the screen was only out for 2 days and began working again). He discounted the rental rate for us. I wasn't expecting it and greatly appreciated it. The vehicle was clean, had no smells, ran fine, had a full tank of fuel. If I rent again, it will be with Enterprise.
