  The manager and Mitch at the 2624 Nolensville Pike location are the absolute best. They saved one of my reservations from being canceled once with their excellent communication and attention to detail. Another time, they caught a billing issue and resolved it early. After that, they have also saved me one of the nicer cars. I use Enterprise all the time for work travel, but these guys are superior to any others. Amazing team, and I won't rent anywhere else. Loyal to this location, as they show me the same respect. 10/10 +++

  MITCH, with Enterprise at 2624 Nolensville, provided prompt, courteous, accommodating, excellent, and professional customer service. This was out of my way, but I couldn't be happier with the service and car I used for an unfortunate out of town funeral. Thank you, MITCH!!

  I've used Enterprise before and have always been really happy with them. All reservations now have to be made through a computerized system, you can't just talk to another person anymore. Even if you get a person at a specific location, they'll transfer you to their system.

  Wonderful experience.I’ve had to get a rental from enterprise a few times in the past and everyone I’ve dealt with was so helpful. Unfortunately, Will from this location was someone I’d never want to have to deal with on my worst day. Thankfully it was nothing more than a phone call but even that was enough for me. Mitch, on the other hand, was amazing and is someone who actually enjoys his job and cares about the people he meets and helps. I truly hope everyone gets the pleasure of meeting him. Also, I never got the survey after dropping my car off so I could brag about Mitch! Please give him the recognition he deserves.
