  I received excellent service at this location, particularly from the tall gentleman who helped me with a red Chevy Malibu about a month ago. He was very professional. I had to come back and leave a review to say thank you for the outstanding customer service.

  I’ve always had great experiences with Enterprise, but this one takes the cake. Mitch called me to let me know ahead of time that he would be picking me up from the repair shop that had my truck, and this would have been fine; the Enterprise location is not far from the shop, to my understanding. I was surprised to find that the Jeep Mitch arrived at the shop in was in fact the rental I would be using—so I didn’t even have to make an extra stop. And then after having a reliable vehicle for a few days, I simply took the Jeep back to the repair shop, and I never had to make a stop at Enterprise. Mitch called me at about that time to make sure everything had gone well as to the experience, and I gladly told him everything was tip-top. Enterprise is number one in the rental business, no question, and though I hope I don’t have to use the service often, I know I’ll be in good hands when/if I do. Thank you, Mitch, and thank you, Enterprise.

  To Mitchie Mitch, the man of the hour, thank you for your help, follow up, and overall care about my rental experience. They always say you only write reviews when the service is exceptional or horrible. This service was exceptional all around and I sincerely hope that he’s considered for a promotion expeditiously. As a supervisor myself, it’s important that we elevate those that elevate our companies. Kudos!

  First and foremost, I have to say I am really appreciative for the Nolensville location and in specific recognition of Mr. Mitch. I’ll spare you the details, but simply say Mitch’s level of professionalism mixed with his uncanny ability to also be personable is a breath of fresh air. He was quick concise and even helped me locate the best deal for my particular use. The customer service here is unmatched and I am definitely gonna be continuing to work with this particular branch. Thanks Mitch please continue to do the great work you are doing
