  Pick up date was wrong, and I had to scramble to find a rental for a business trip. D'Asia (spelling might be wrong) was wonderful and arranged a car on the spot. Thank you!!

  I spent $35 on uber just for my reservation not to be honored. I’m out of town working and this inconveniences me. The staff was great I just had no way to know their policy was different from the policy of other stores until I got there.

  I have been using this location for 10+ years now, I have gone through stages of people being employed here, and one thing never changes, the service. It is the best. Hands-down. No questions asked. If you are in the year of 2026, go see Colin, Carly , or Tristan!! Kindell is the manager there and I’ve never had to use her, that’s how great the services. No offense to Kindell but I’ve never had to go above the people beyond the desk. If you need to use an enterprise in Nashville, this is the one to use

  Amazing experience for the first time renting a car from this location. Carley helped me on Sunday a few minutes after closing (poor planning on my part) to still pick up the rental I had scheduled for that day. Because of her kindness and helpfulness I was able to still leave the following morning for my trip to Atlanta as planned. Carley was very efficient and made sure to make me not feel like an inconvenience. Amazing example of how a business should run the same in the morning as it does while closing. Though Carley was the one that helped me directly- kudos to the whole team as everyone was all smiles and positive vibes in the midst of the hustle and bustle of closing. Drop-off was as easy and met with the same kindness from Kendall's team at this location. Thank you again!

  Traveling through Nashville and I had a problem with a rental car I picked up at another location. I called roadside assistance and was able to make it to this location to swap out my vehicle. This chick working was completely dishonest and unwilling to help me. She told me to limp the car I had to jiffy lube for a repair and would not even call them first to see if they would be able to accommodate it. Seriously. A phone call. They couldn't help me and I ended up having to drive the car another 10 miles to the airport enterprise rental location where I received top notch service. Unbelievable. When you spend tens of thousands of dollars per year on rental cars during business travel you would think that a franchisee would make the effort. Nope...not the mean girl with a rainy Sunday attitude. Some people do not deserve to have any kind of decision making ability. She should NOT be allowed to represent any business.
