- NNNEILAug 23, 20265.0Absolutely great, went above and beyond. We had Turbo problems with our motorhome on I40. We stopped by in early morning, they looked at and quoted us price in few hours. They had to pull turbo out and replace gaskets along with some other parts they had us up and running in couple days. Everyone we dealt with were super nice and very concerned. Thank you Cummins of Nashville for great service.

They were very respectful of my rv, by laying down cardboard and plastic making sure they didn't get anything dirty. They fixed the generator and it runs perfectly. I would highly recommend them. A+++

I dropped off my generator for service three weeks ago and have not received a single call or update regarding its status. When I reached out, I was only met with excuses—short staffing and suggestions that I should call in myself for updates. Frankly, it’s not my job to chase after information on equipment I’m paying them to repair. This transaction has been unacceptable and reflects poor customer service. If I ran my business this way, I would lose clients. I plan to escalate this with a corporate complaint and want others to be aware of this disappointing experience. I’ll be sharing a video detailing what was said so others can make informed decisions. This is not how you treat customers. Let this be a cautionary tale.
