- NWNeisha WilkersonJul 2, 20261.0I called yesterday and spoke to KIM for over 5 minutes on the phone explaining to her what’s going on with my 26ft box truck. I straight up told her that a transmission pump is likely what needs to be replaced. KIM stated that the diagnostic would be $145. I agreed to that price and told her I would get the truck towed. I called this morning and talked to her to inform her that we are having the truck towed to the Fesslers Ln location now and then she puts me on hold and comes back on the phone and says “oh we don’t do transmission work. We can only replace a transmission.” I have paid a tow already to get it there and she’s now going back on what she said yesterday saying that they wouldn’t be able to work on that at all. I went over with her in detail yesterday afternoon informing her of exactly what I need done. Now I’m out of extra money and still have to find another shop that actually knows what they’re talking about and doing. I would never recommend these amateurs again.
