  Sales team was great to work with! Finance team makes their warranty products look cheap and easy to cancel. Make sure to ask for the fine print. Policies are for 4 years of coverage but financed over 15 years. Certain policies they later claim you can’t cancel because they apply a product to the exterior. When you do request cancelation they take their time (months) to refund your loan servicer meaning you’ll pay interest on warranties you’ve already canceled.

  Bought a 2024 East to West have had it for 1 year. Have taken it on several short trips with no issue , save our pennies and take it on 1 long trip first and only because its still sitting in the repair shop. Pay for extra warranty that doesn't cover the slideout awning that the came unstitched from factory stitching or the refrigerator that fell out of the factory cabinet. They were 2 minor parts that broke on this 1 trip that was covered so atleast there is that, so thanks camping world for selling a product that should be called East to West as long as its local! Maybe some day we will get our camper back and get to utilize our purchase again, only at week 7 and counting.

  First of love the camper but the process of leading to me going to Camping World was the absolute worst experience I had with purchasing a camper. I talked with the sales team for 5 days on what I wanted on the camper it is a fifth wheel camper but I wanted the hitch changed to the ball style. I was told they can do it that they have the one I needed in another location that they can get and get it installed for me. I showed up with my trade in and sign paperwork and do walk through as I get to the camper to do the walk through I noticed that they just started pulling the hitch off to put the ball hitch on. After 2 hours of singing paperwork they said I was all set to go out and they would bring my camper out. Went outside and was waiting for about 30 minutes and one of the salesman and maintenance guy came pulling up and said had a problem with the hitch they got the wrong one and 2 of the bolt holes would not line up and wanted to know if they could drill new hole. I told them absolutely not it is a brand new camper and if I decided to put the original hitch back on I did not want extra holes visible. Again they had 5 days to do this but waited till I was on my way to get the camper to start on it. Went inside to speak to the shop manager and he said they had the correct one at another store and could go get it but would not be able to get it and install it till 3 pm the next day. I told them I was planning on leaving for a camping trip the next day at 11 am so 3 pm would not work for me. They did and up getting the correct hitch and had it installed by 10 am the next day witch was better but still put am 5 hours behind leaving for our camping trip cause I still had to get it home and get everything packed. Very disappointed in my experience with Camping World and would never go back to them again for anything

  Buyer beware on consignment sale. Got burnt when safety check was supposed to be performed. Of course my fault for not being a mechanic or fully hooked up review. Drove off the lot with numerous issues found within 48hours. Oil not changed recently in engine or generator. Air filters dirty in both. CO alarm went off in middle of night and having to buy new one. Fire alarm went off. Heater came on and would not shut off. Still have to figure that one out. Yes, I bought AS IS on consignment so beware as camping world just makes the sale with no warranty. The toilet was leaking and they did sell me a replacement at cost with free labor.

  Very disappointed with the customer service after the sale at Camping World Nashville, as well as the lack of follow-through regarding a prorated GAP and extended warranty refund that I am owed and have already completed and signed the required paperwork for. I have been trying for months to resolve this. After multiple attempts to get the cancellation processed, I ultimately completed and signed the refund paperwork even though the cancellation was no longer being backdated to my original request, resulting in me losing money. Despite that, I still have not received the refund or a resolution. I was repeatedly assured by both Finance and management that the matter was being handled. When the Finance employee assisting me left the company, communication essentially stopped- again. I contacted the dealership once again, and a Sales Manager reviewed the account/paperwork, confirmed they could see the signed paperwork, and assured me they would get it handled. Still no refund. Now I am being asked to resend refund and contract information and seemingly start the process over again. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to speak with management and Finance and have been unable to get anyone to take or return my call other than the sweet receptionist Leeann. It is incredibly frustrating to receive prompt attention when making a purchase but struggle to get that same level of service when there is an issue afterward. I would be much more understanding if I simply received the courtesy of a two minute phone call from finance/management with an update and an acknowledgment of the situation—even if the update wasn’t necessarily what I wanted to hear. Instead, I’ve been met with little to no communication and repeatedly told management is simply too busy. I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews or files complaints, but at this point, the lack of basic courtesy and communication is what is most disappointing. I would gladly accept an honest update—even one I may not like—over being met with crickets after repeatedly trying to get answers. Customer service should not stop after the sale. This should not be the standard for how customers are treated. Do better, Camping World.
