    Drove 4 and a half hour to look at a camper to find out it had a lot of water damage. That was not told about. Tried to negotiate with them. And they wouldn't even talk or get back with me. I was told they set the price and won't negotiate. I thought that what buying something was . I would not even waste my time with them. Unless you don't care about money.

    Had a great experience buying a Thor Four Winds 31EV from Romany. He was knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He answered all my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and never made me feel pressured. Buying an RV can be stressful, but he made it easy and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a camper or RV!

    Went to the Nashville store, and had the worst salesman I have ever met. This man was so rude to me and my family. He knew nothing about any of the campers. All he did was unlock the door and lean on the out side while on his phone. I had to go out side and ask him things like “what kind of warranty does this come with? He said it depends, then back to the phone. I asked can you have speakers out in if wan to? He says “ya, you can do whatever. Did not turn anything on to show us what did what. I was so angry and if we hadn’t of had to take a golf cart ride (were he never said a word to us) I would have just left. I’m not looking for anything, but this man was so lazy and rude. Only good thing about the experience was I got to explain to my daughter how lazy rude people do not get ahead in this world, that he lost out on making a sale, while he was on Instagram.

    Salesman was very nice and professional. However I would do lots of research before buying a used one. We bought a fifth wheel and they tested connections and showed me how it all worked. Did not see the leaks behind the panel where it all connects. I seen water dripping and the guy said it was from his hose that was connected. It still should t drip at all. If done right. I had to pay $720 to a mobile rv repair guy when I had it setup at a campground. It has six connections drilling that I found a few days after water running. The washer machine leaks really bad. I got a mattress that was new but smaller than it was suppose to be. I e called and left messages with the sales manager and a lady upfront. No return call. I emailed pic of mattress on bed showing it’s too small and no response. I text the sales guy and he even said it wasn’t right. They won’t call me back or email me. Kinda just dealing with it at this point. It’s been a month now. I would recommend bringing someone that knows what to look for when buying one of these things.

    I’ll start out by saying I do love my camper,2026 Coleman 17b but it has came with issues and camping world did work on the roof leak this week wouldn’t answer had to ride by and make a appointment in person then bring it back but never could get a hold of anyone when I found out the freshwater tank had a leak at the 12 V pump while we were camping and I had to fix it myself every time I called the lady said they’re too busy. We’ll just get back to you when we can and they never did when the guy fixed the roof leak He said they couldn’t find it so they just put lap sealant Around it, which I understand, but when we went to leave, we found a spot where he had the lap sealant off, but didn’t put any back So we had to go get them and let them fix it while we were sitting there in the parking lot On top of that we were told we had to buy the $2000 go camping package so it could be inspected but again as soon as we got home on the first day To go camping the freshwater tank had a leak And they would not answer the phone in the service department, and the lady upfront just kept getting angry And said I’ll take a message no one ever reached out to me about it either So if I paid for a $2000 inspection, how did I get home and find a roof leak while camping and the strainer cap on fresh water tank pump was busted and broken Before I even used the camper The $2000 go camping package was missing the toilet paper and also one of the gaskets on the sewer hose But again we could’ve bought all of that stuff for cheaper. We didn’t get a new mattress because we Already had the cheap one that came with the camper no full tank of fuel because we didn’t get a motorhome But we paid the same price as our f we did And to find out, they don’t even clean and inspect the roof because it cost too much is what the guy in the service department told me that’s like one of the most important parts of the camper and I didn’t want to go camping package, but the guy told me that was the only way they would inspect it and it turns out their inspection. Don’t mean anything. The service department found leaks all the way down the gutter on both sides plus the front cap I’m just very disappointed with the buying experience from camping world and when you try to call out there to talk about it, they tell you they’re busy. I actually had to ride down to get the service department to fix the roof without a call Because they kept saying they were too busy to answer the phone is what the lady upfront said, but when I got there, nobody was inside or outside or even in the parking lot I just really wish I would not have bought the go camping package or it would come with better value I’m very pleased with my camper but very nervous because of the stuff Already found wrong and lack of communication you guys literally called me seven times a day until I bought a camper for a while Then after I picked up the camper, I can’t even call you and get in touch with you guys That to me, is pretty frustrating it came with no spare tire no dual propane tanks or dual batteries just one very disappointed with the go camping package value for our small camper and communication from you guys after purchasing specially about the inspection as well and not including the roof in it
