  Terrible experience from start to finish. We went with Avail because we specifically need a van to seat 8 people. We ended up receiving a 7 seater van and customer service could not do anything to help us at all. Another big issue was with the van itself. The van started shaking and wobbling in the middle of the highway and we were concerned for our safety in that vehicle. Called customer service again and we were told we have to drive the vehicle back to where we got it from to get a replacement. Mind you we were over 3 hours away from Nashville. They said they can tow the vehicle but they cannot provide us with a replacement unless we go back to Nashville. If the vehicle is not driveable then how do you expect us to drive hours away to give it back? What if the car completely breaks down? We called because we did not think the van was safe to drive yet they could not do anything for us at all. Their plan was to tow the van and leave us with no vehicle in the middle of the highway. If you are going to rent a car go somewhere more reputable because this is not it.
