  My headlight went out so i went into this autozone. Donte immediately greeted me and found Aj to help me fix my headlight. Aj fixed it less than 5 minutes and had me out. Both super helpfu!! very thankful for them

  I was ignored from the time I got there until the time I left, the women behind the counter helped the gentleman before me and then answered the phone and totally dismissed me, she was talking auto parts on the phone but every other word was Honey or Baby so she may have been talking to her husband or boyfriend, the young man behind the counter had two people in line that he was helping, when the women's conversation was over on the phone and disappeared to the back of the store, I was looking for a fuel injector cleaner and their were many choices and needed help to decide, I got no help, no acknowledgement, no welcome, I am a middle aged white man with a 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, but I guess I fit the description, so rude and un helpful, I was totally ignored and avoided, not a word was said to me, I used AI to try to determine which item I should buy and went to the register, and wouldnt you know someone walked in and got service before me, I returned the product and left and will not be back. So rude and disrespectful.
