  Pulled up to get code read on my sons vehicle and talked to the guy outside smoking he was wearing a grey shirt said his name was Ron or Ronnie he was very rude called me and my son monkeys and walked away. Felt very disappointed and disrespected we just got back in the vehicle and left never experienced anything like this before.

  My battery died this morning and I called auto zone today about needing a new battery. I know nothing about cars and what battery I needed but Amanda was super helpful. I then went in later on this afternoon and I was met with kindness and her and the other girl there too were very attentive. Amanda didn’t try to upsell me or down sell me, she just told me my options and answered any questions I had. It was just the two girls and Amanda rang me up quickly and went back to helping the person who was in the store before me. She communicated someone will help put my battery in shortly. Not long after, another employee came in and clocked in and got straight to helping me with putting my battery in. I was really understanding of the other customers needing help but I really appreciate their attentiveness and willing to help me out. Also, despite being bombarded with so many customers coming in even while he was putting my battery in for me, he was still so kind and helpful to every customer and assured he would be with them shortly. Overall, the customer service at this store was so great. They have earned my business going forward.

  For an area as busy as Charlotte Avenue, this store needs more employees. I went in this location 3 times for assistance with a battery. 2/3 times I had to be turned away due to how busy the gentleman was and another employee was behind the counter eating. Being understaffed is not the employees fault more so the managers and company’s. On my third attempt, once again still understaffed but helpful, I did get my battery checked, but false information about installation. I was told that they couldn’t do it because it required a lot more work and pieces to be removed. I know this wasn’t true but I understand seeing a battery like mine isn’t the norm. I did end up taking my car elsewhere for service.

  Really helpful service, needed a wiper replaced and Chance was helpful enough to come outside and install it for me despite it seeming like a busy day for him!

  My wife’s car needed a new battery and the guys there were very quick to help. Charles had it swapped out in no time and we were back on the road.
