  My wife’s car needed a new battery and the guys there were very quick to help. Charles had it swapped out in no time and we were back on the road.

  One for the books, my front passenger caliper locked on me almost one mile away from this autozone. We were 9 hours into our trip from Pittsburgh to Dickson TN and the unexpected happened. There was no room in a busy highway so I pushed the limits and made it to this autozone. The guys working here were absolutely amazing, helping me with everything and with a uprising attitude. They helped me and my family out in one of my most difficult times, thank you Jose and Charles.

  My man and I and our two boys where traveling to Tennessee from Pittsburg, when we had unforeseen rotor trouble. We where stuck there and at 1st things seemed bleak and was worried that it would take hours and hours to get help. But today we had two employees step up in a big way. They were kind and helpful and answered all of our questions. They were so very kind I recommend this store snd these two young men. I asked them there names and they said Charles and Jose. My family and I are so grateful for them. thank you so much!!!!

  Their handheld battery tester is inaccurate. Nearly half the time something is in stock online, but not actually there (including a rental tool). Multiple times an item I purchased was a dollar more expensive than the price on the shelf when rang up at the register.

  I went to multiple auto zone locations to have my car checked also one different company as well and they all told me everything including battery alternator and starter were all good. I came back to buy a new battery because I wanted to avoid going to a mechanic and every issue was pointing toward the battery. When I went they mislead me, since their systems were showing nothing was wrong they said that it could be something way cheaper that could fix it rather than spending 200+ on a battery that it could be the issue . Turns out it didn’t change the fact that my battery was corroded and leaking acid. I’m not a mechanic but by the looks of my battery it doesn’t look good. I spent $450 on a diagnostic and new battery, rather than $200 because they advised me not to replace it. The employees were nice and tried to be as helpful as they could and I appreciated them not trying to up sale me into buying something that they believed I did not need. However if you’re having an obvious issue with your car don’t rely on their technology because obviously it doesn’t work like it should. And as a chain company that is known for its free testing you would think they would have the proper equipment so they could make more money off of their customers. Needless to say I won’t be relying on this service from them anymore.
