I bought a new battery for my car, and they told me to bring back the old battery so they could give me a refund for it. When I returned with the old battery, the manager, whose name was Joshua, was there. He was very disrespectful. He motioned to me with his head without saying anything. I greeted him first, but he did not respond. Then I told him that I was trying to return the old battery. Again, he did not answer. He took my receipt, gave me the refund, and that was it. I said, “Thank you very much,” but he still did not say anything. I felt that he was one of the most disgusting people I have ever met. His behavior was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome as a customer.
