  I always love renting from Alamo when I come into Nashville I’m hoping I say the right names but either it was Keith or Kevin at the front desk checking me and he was absolutely amazing what wonderful customer service. Then I went out to get my car and I think it was Mr. Dave who helped me select my vehicle. He even helped me connect my CarPlay, which I was having difficulty doing customer service is just amazing. They all want Above and Beyond.

  The car we rented was great and drop off was a breeze! Please streamline your pickup process! It was SO difficult and time consuming - overall frustrating! Usually, we check in with someone inside the airport, sign papers and given a printout and are giving a spot number to go and pick out a car. In this instance, Alamo had us check in inside the airport, go outside and then wait for an attendant outside to go find us a car. There’s no rhyme or reason to where the cars were parked. There were multiple families waiting and attendance running around, trying to find cars for everyone. They even had a worker come from inside the airport outside into the garage to try to help the situation. It was the most confusing and time wasting process that someone needs to work on. I’ve rented many cars from the Nashville airport before and have never had it this confusing or disorganized. So disorganized that so many people were waiting and standing in the driving lane where cars were coming and going.

  Arrived at Alamo rent a car Nashville International airport, to find the car we had booked was not big enough for our needs. 2 super helpful members of their team quickly found us a more suitable vehicle (a much larger Honda Odyssey) and got us underway with no fuss at all. The supplied vehicle was low mileage and a very well equipped. The pricing of the rental offered good value for money considering the vehicle supplied. Staff gave us the opportunity to ask questions about driving in the USA (I guess our accents gave us away as not being local to Tenneesse). Return of the vehicle to Alamo was really easy at this location. Would definitely use Alamo again based on our experience.

  This was a terrible experience. I rented a car for 1 day. I picked it up late on Tuesday, April 28 and returned it before 6 pm on Wednesday, April 29. Later I received a bill saying I kept it until Friday and owed an additional $190. I called and they would not help saying I had to figure it out with Expedia, even though I showed them the Expedia contract and the fact that I rented it for one day. On Saturday, I received another receipt which said that I owed $778.00 and noted that I returned the car to a different city. The contract price I agreed to was $185. The only good thing is that a gentleman (Chris) is still trying for figure out what happened and return the almost $600 extra Alamo has charged to my credit card. PS: Alamo DID come through and made things right, and at the end of the day charged me LESS that originally agreed to when I rented the car. While it took me several hours, Alamo did make things right, thanks to Chris and the Alamo administration.

  Horrible experience! Will never rent from Alamo again. Rented a 15 person Ford Transit from them, paid for roadside assistance, and when needed Alamo Emergency Roadside Assistance did not help. My of seven family, including five small children, were left stranded in an unreliable vehicle at 10pm, about 12 hours after I rented it. Alamo Customer Care told me to call the police if I felt unsafe. I was told a tow truck would come, one was never dispatched for us. We were told an Uber was coming, we were told a Lyft was coming, we were also told a taxi was coming, none of which ever came. At 1:20am I was then told to call a car myself to come and be reimbursed. I made a total of 10 different calls to Alamo Roadside Assistance to be hung up on, “disconnected”, told help was coming, it NEVER came. The rental vehicle breaking down delayed our move and cost my family money we don’t have to fix a problem we should not have had to deal with. Why buy emergency insurance if it cannot be used in a time of an emergency?! Absolute WORST experience and will never use Alamo again.
