  Friendly staff, quick service, communication from the company was good and return was easy. Only problem was the car I booked had an issue with the trunk and they didn’t know until I brought it to their attention. If I had not notice I could have been responsible, so whoever checking the cars has to be a little more thorough. The staff took care of it immediately without any issue and gave me an upgrade vehicle.

  Arrived late to the Nashville airport and went straight to the counter to the check-in for my car. Counter check-in was incredibly smooth and fast and no line. From there, I went to go get the car and the agent directed me to a specific car. Got in connected my phone and went to the exit. I waited in line at the exit for over 15 minutes for them to tell me that the car was recalled and I could not rent it and then I needed to turn back. At this point I was very frustrated because as a rental car company, you should know which cars you can and cannot rent out since this is your only job. I went back into the office and they put me into an upgrade and said they would credit my account $50 which of course I have not received nor do I think I will anytime soon. Overall, I’ve noticed a change when renting with Alamo out of Nashville. Not sure that I will rent from them again.

  Easy pickup on our vehicle! Loved the car but had issues the day of return. The low tire pressure light came on for the rear passenger tire (23 lbs!) and we had a hard time finding a gas station that had an air pump in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Finally found a paid pump ($2.50) to inflate the tire so we could safely drive to Nashville for our flights. I let the Alamo employee know about this when we turned in our car. Just inconvenient and they should provide proper maintenance on their vehicles.

  Getting the car was a smooth process. Returning was a nightmare! I ended up circling the airport 3 times while following their directions. Once I finally got in to the place to return rental cars, I told them I needed a wheelchair and was directed to the Alamo booth. Once I arrived at the Alamo booth nobody was there, the booth was dark. Mind you I was told when I picked the car up to return at least 15 minutes early for wheelchair service. A hertz member saw me and asked if they could help and I told them I needed wheelchair service. I was then told it would take 45 minutes for service! She then proceeded to help getting to the inside of the lobby and I went to the customer service desk for help. By this time I was in tears afraid I miss my flight even though I arrived at the airport 2 1/2 hours early. Alamo needs to do a better job at helping disable customers! They need to be at their return booth and not just the check-in counter!

  I had a great experience with booking Alamo. Prices are affordable and the process is super seamless. DO fill out everything ahead of time for express check in. The gentleman at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. The instructions for finding the Alamo lot is easy and conveniently located on the same level. The attendant in the parking garage was also very friendly and walked me to a selection and allowed me to pick what I wanted. The vehicle was extremely clean and equipped with all tech I needed. Catching my flight home was seamless as well. All I had to do was follow airport signs and pull up. The attendant was there to make sure keys were present and sent a final bill to your email. You have plenty of time to gather yourself and there’s no pressure or Hassan. Each step is probably 60 secs. I would 100% use them again in the future. And I 100% recommend.
