  I cannot say enough about the ease of renting a car at the Nashville airport! We have done it several times and each time it has been a breeze. I love that the rental car businesses are actually IN the airport (no shuttle necessary) so as soon as you get off your plane, you can get your luggage, and go directly to them. And then when you are returning your rental car, you drive it into the underground parking garage, they check you out quickly and efficiently just as our wonderful Alamo representative Daud did when we dropped the car off yesterday! Then off you go to get your boarding pass. It could not be any easier or more efficient. Thank you, Alamo and thank you, Nashville Airport!

  The whole process was simple which was great! I was able to pick up much later than we anticipated with a delayed flight and the vehicle was perfect, when we arrived we realized we had too much luggage with all of us so they let us easily upgrade to the next size up with no issue. We returned as scheduled and the staff was amazing both on arrival and return. I would definitely use Alamo again and recommend to others.

  Fantastic service from Alamo at Nashville (BNA) and Chicago (N LaSalle), extremely helpful and friendly staff. The vehicle was in great condition and very clean, we even got the option to choose what vehicle we would prefer. Could not fault their service and would recommend Alamo to everyone.

  The experience was great. Most especially, Mr Dave helped me select a car that was perfect for my needs. He even adjusted the seat, put my luggage in and set the GPS for me. Wow! Talk about exceptional customer service! The gentleman at the desk was also very courteous and helpful. The car I had was a brand new Genesis and was a dream to drive! I totally recommend Alamo and will use them for future needs.

  All of the Alamo staff at the Nashville airport were so friendly and helpful! From checking in to getting us our car, the process was extremely smooth and efficient. We were given the option of picking the exact car we wanted without any hassle. The car was clean and perfect for our trip! When returning to the airport, the process was quick and easy. Great experience overall!
