  AES went above and beyond diagnosing and correcting quite a few electrical issues on my F150. Adrian is the best. Honest to a fault.

  After a month of frustration with another repair shop, I had honestly reached the point where I thought we were going to have to sell my son’s Jeep for parts. It had spent over four weeks at a dealership, wasn’t repaired, and we were told it would likely need even more work with no certainty they could even get the necessary parts. I was exhausted, discouraged, and running out of options. Through a recommendation, I found AES Services, and from the moment I walked in, Adrian and Carolyn treated me with kindness, patience, and respect. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. What truly amazed me was that they had our Jeep diagnosed, repaired, and back to us within 24 hours. After driving it a few days, a small issue popped up, and they welcomed us back without hesitation. Once again, they took the time to explain what was happening, eased my concerns, and made sure I felt completely confident before putting my son back behind the wheel. Anyone can repair a vehicle. What is much harder to find is integrity, compassion, and trust. Adrian and Carolyn gave us all three. Five stars doesn’t just mean excellent service—it spells TRUST. I cannot recommend AES Services highly enough.

  Excellent customer experience at AES yesterday!!! Major electrical issues in my truck. Pulled up at nine, they kept the car, did the work, took extra safety precautions and had my truck back same day!!! The most impressive part to me is that I dealt with four different employees and each was courteous and professional. I rolled the dice and found a great place! AES!!!

  I seriously cannot thank AES enough. After weeks of stress dealing with unresolved electrical issues following collision repairs, AES was the first place that actually listened to me and took my concerns seriously. From the moment I called, they treated me like a person instead of brushing me off. They communicated clearly through the entire process, responded quickly, and immediately recognized an issue that had previously been overlooked. They explained everything in a way I could understand and made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service were honestly a huge relief. It’s rare to find a shop that is this knowledgeable AND this kind. If you’re dealing with electrical issues, especially wiring or harness problems, I would absolutely recommend AES Services. I’m beyond grateful for their help.
