  Excellent customer experience at AES yesterday!!! Major electrical issues in my truck. Pulled up at nine, they kept the car, did the work, took extra safety precautions and had my truck back same day!!! The most impressive part to me is that I dealt with four different employees and each was courteous and professional. I rolled the dice and found a great place! AES!!!

  I seriously cannot thank AES enough. After weeks of stress dealing with unresolved electrical issues following collision repairs, AES was the first place that actually listened to me and took my concerns seriously. From the moment I called, they treated me like a person instead of brushing me off. They communicated clearly through the entire process, responded quickly, and immediately recognized an issue that had previously been overlooked. They explained everything in a way I could understand and made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service were honestly a huge relief. It’s rare to find a shop that is this knowledgeable AND this kind. If you’re dealing with electrical issues, especially wiring or harness problems, I would absolutely recommend AES Services. I’m beyond grateful for their help.

  I'd give negative stars if I could. I brought in my car with engine trouble. They took SIX WEEKS to "fix" it, all the while I had to use ride shares and food delivery because I only have the one car. Then they charged me 2300$ after all of that. And even worse? My car broke down again yesterday, almost exactly a month later. Now my engine won't even start. I don't have any money, I don't have a working car. I might have to leave Nashville because of these shills. Don't go here under any circumstances whatsoever. I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE CROOKS!

  Did a great job locating two difficult diagnosis' that the dealer couldn't. No error codes. I would highly recommend them for any radio/computer electrical issues or airbag suspension issues.
