  I love supporting small businesses and understand that a business does not have to look as fancy as the chain companies to be great. I had them fix a wheel on my car that is not driven much as it has antique tags. I have been preparing my car for a trip. Because of that I took their word for it when they said my wheel was fixed. A couple weeks go by as I work on things while and I find the wheel is not fully repaired. The car is not being driven. While working on other things it was up on a lift. I happen to spin the wheel to see it’s still not right and there are hammer marks where that bend is. I tried to stop by and they were closed for a week and good for them for taking a vacation. I brought the entire car back today and they said someone hit it with a hammer. I explained I have done all the work myself and would not do that. I get it’s been a few weeks since the original repair, and I get they don’t know me, but charging me for a new wheel repair is frustrating. I opted not to have it repaired by them because they didn’t do the job right the 1st time and 2 repair bills is almost the cost of a new wheel. 2 stars just because they mounted a tire for me a few years ago and were fast. It’s frustrating to have to use a different company now.

  Eric and the Wheel Workz could not have been more helpful in getting us back on the road. On our way to Chicago we were stranded in Murfreesboro with a cracked wheel. The local Firestone dealer told us that Wheel Workz would be the best place to go and he was right. The next morning we were at Wheel Workz when it opened. Eric straightened out the rim, had the crack welded and got us on our way before lunch. And all at a very fair price.

  This business may not look like much from the outside, but I truly believe that is because they are so busy getting wheels and tires fixed, they don't have time to organize. I brought my bent wheels here and they fixed them so there was no vibration. I also ordered Pirelli tires here because they had a good price and could check the wheels and fix them if needed. Not many tire shops will repair bent wheels.

  Went to get tires put on told me to wait 30 mins and they could get to me waited and waited finally went back into the office area then they tell me they can’t do it today. Come back Monday. Customer service is not very friendly.
