Malik, Chapmann, Joe, and LJ were all very nice and helpful during the oil change. They offered without any pressure to complete additional services that my car if I wanted, and they thoroughly explained further issues with the car that I will want to get looked at next time I visit. I am very thankful for you all’s help and will be back here soon!

I don’t think I’ve ever received such quick and thorough services. The entire staff was amazing but Jose is an absolute angel. He didn’t try to pressure me into adding items and gave me exact mileage numbers to get specific services completed. Very fast and convenient services. As a customer who’s love language is baking I will definitely be taking the team some of my delicious browned butter chocolate chip cookies.

They just opened, so I thought I’d try them out. New and very professional facility, Chapmann worked on my car and he was amazing.

Told me I needed a new battery, had a new person replace it and now my battery won't stay latched on and I've been stopped in the middle of the road due to the battery twice in one day. This is only 5 days later. This is a safety concern at this point. My car is dying in the middle of traffic. It never did this with my other battery. So either the new person didn't know what they were doing as they were being coached through the whole thing or they gave me a faulty battery. Either of which I hope they are willing to fix. I've never had this problem with my car until they put a different battery in. Super disappointing because now I don't trust going to the closest valvoline to my home. I'll continue to go the one on Rutherford who has never steered me wrong. Too many young and inexperienced employees at this location on lascassass.
