  Went to get oil change 9/1/26 my undercarriage was not put back in place and was dragging on the ground, stopped by valvoline on Medical Center Parkway and they took care of me needless to say I was not please, hopefully no damage was done..moving forward check and recheck before customers leave the establishment you get 1 star from me today

  3 months ago I got an oil change and they showed me the dirty air filter and so I paid to have them change it. This weekend I got my oil changed again, and the tech breaks out a new filter and holds it up to me, beside my filter that was replaced 3 months ago and asks if I want them to change it. Seriously? It was barely smudged. I’m not a mechanic, but I’m not stupid. It is one of two things: 1. The tech was so inept that she couldn’t see that there was zero need to change the filter. Or: 2. She was trying to sucker a gray haired dude with glasses into buying something he didn’t need because the new one looked so clean? Either way, if I can’t trust the shop/mechanic to be honest with me about needed parts or services, I don’t want to do business there.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Brock especially provided amazing customer service and was very helpful throughout the entire process. I came in for an oil change and also had my battery, air filter, and front headlight replaced. Everything was explained to me clearly, and they made the whole experience easy and stress free.I really appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location!

  This store was efficient and effective today. I told them I didn't need any upsells because I was in a hurry, and short on cash, and they obliged! They also informed me that my undercarriage was missing a couple of screws from a bump in the road, and replaced those as a courtesy for me and secured the undercarriage so it wouldn't fall off. Now THATS going above and beyond for (my) customer service! Highly recommended and will continue to use them again!

  I came in today very happy about getting an oil change. I was happy to share footage of everyone doing a great job. Then I was singled out by staff and slandered for filming their good work. After which I felt lots of animosity and tension for trying to support them and trying to boost their morale and promote what I thought would be good work. I traveled all the way from Nashville to come to this store because it used to be the best. But because of how I was singled out and treated today, I will never use another valvoline as long as I live. There is video from other customers on Google and there was nothing to say about those videos. This is blatant discrimination. I looked up to see if there was a policy on filming before I came and there was not and still isn't. If you're asked to stop recording, they have the right to do so, but they must ask first without having a public policy anywhere stating so. Until then, there is no policy stating that you can't. Brayden, Lawrence, Meghon, and Tristan worked on my vehicle today. Meghan and Tristan were extremely disrespectful, though Lawrence weas very helpful. I asked brayden, but the names were of the people that worked on my vehicle today, and he told me that he didn't know, and couldn't answer that question. Apparently, they're fine working on your vehicle, as long as you can't see what they're doing. I am disgusted with how I was treated today. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!
