I asked him where and he told me, actually I don’t have a skid plate issue it was miscommunication on they're end, Good thing I asked.. also didn’t mention anything about my fluids whatsoever Spent the last 25 minutes with my hood open after I had already paid while they worked on cars That had came in after me.. I’d recommend express oil change here in Murfreesboro in total I was there about 45 minutes
