  Valvoline will always have my business. Everytime things are speedy, thorough and I feel like all the bases are covered and everything is thoroughly explained to me. I love having lots of options for service plus the prices are fair.

  I have changed engine oil and transmission oil right after that my engine light came on. And they did not take responsibility.

  Getting a little expensive. The service is always good and done in a timely manner, but the constant push to buy other products when you specifically ask for just the oil change this time, is getting too much. I was scammed into getting a bottle of 12 month fuel treatment. The guy made out I was getting it for 4 dollars and some change, but he really used a coupon without telling me, so when I pulled out my 15 dollars off coupon, it caught him by surprise, and I literally only got about a dollar off, because I actually paid 19.99 for that bottle of fuel treatment.

  I waited over an hour for an oil change. When I got there there was no one waiting. There were three bays and they were all full so I expected to wait for one to open. I finally get to a bay and it takes about 20 minutes for the actual oil change . When presented with invoice, I kind of questioned the total as I had a 20% discount. I requested that the gentleman show me the breakdown just because it did not seem like it was right, but the response I received was there are a lot of people waiting. It took all of 60 seconds to let me review the invoice before paying. I understand they are busy and they are clearly not moving very fastly however, it only takes a few seconds for me to feel comfortable about my transaction. Not the worst experience I’ve ever had but definitely one that will leave me only using this place out of desperation. Most of the techs were very friendly and helpful. There was one female who was kicking butt and I totally respect her and loved her attitude. She was a team player and offering to make sure that everybody was hydrated and OK. If she is looking for a place to work, please send her my way I work for a credit union and I’m always looking for people who are willing to go above and beyond and be recognized for it. Good help is hard to find and I definitely hope that Valvoline recognizes her and rewards her for her excellence service.
