  I waited over an hour for an oil change. When I got there there was no one waiting. There were three bays and they were all full so I expected to wait for one to open. I finally get to a bay and it takes about 20 minutes for the actual oil change . When presented with invoice, I kind of questioned the total as I had a 20% discount. I requested that the gentleman show me the breakdown just because it did not seem like it was right, but the response I received was there are a lot of people waiting. It took all of 60 seconds to let me review the invoice before paying. I understand they are busy and they are clearly not moving very fastly however, it only takes a few seconds for me to feel comfortable about my transaction. Not the worst experience I’ve ever had but definitely one that will leave me only using this place out of desperation. Most of the techs were very friendly and helpful. There was one female who was kicking butt and I totally respect her and loved her attitude. She was a team player and offering to make sure that everybody was hydrated and OK. If she is looking for a place to work, please send her my way I work for a credit union and I’m always looking for people who are willing to go above and beyond and be recognized for it. Good help is hard to find and I definitely hope that Valvoline recognizes her and rewards her for her excellence service.

  They were slammed and I was annoyed, but it’s hard to be mad when everyone was busting their butt. The black gentlemen who seemed to be running the show on Saturday 5/16 was awesome!

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The staff is always professional, fast, and knowledgeable, and they take great care of my new car every visit. Their customer service and attention to detail give me peace of mind.

  I always come to this location because all the staff have been consistently kind, knowledgeable, and reliable. This time, I needed more done than my oil change, and they worked to get me a good deal while providing high quality and efficient service. Vince was my main technician and he was so helpful and nice throughout the whole process. He kept me informed on everything and was very personable. It also wasn’t busy when I went so they got me in immediately and I was out within 15 minutes with new oil, transmission fluid, wiper blades, and air filters!
