  Went with my girlfriend last week and it was a smooth operation. The manager on staff for that day was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. His crew ran like a well oiled machine and we were in and out for our oil change in no time. Great price too for the service and convenience.

  Ralph and the rest of the team at the South Church St. location were so helpful. They went above and beyond to help us find the right kind of oil we needed for vehicle as we were headed out on a road trip.

  Engine filter installed incorrectly, and filter cap not secured. Following my oil change, I drove across town to my favorite Starbucks where my car repeatedly died while I was in the drive-thru. I do not know anything about cars, and I was VERY worried. I managed to make it to Tire Engineers where they knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it. I filed a complaint with Valvoline as soon as I arrived home and requested a refund. Later, Customer Service called back with the manager ( Gage … not sure how it is spelled) also on the line to inform me my complaint was denied. I explained again what happened as he was not informed of the correct issue. He stated he could admit if he was wrong about something and requested I return to show him the parts on my vehicle and issue I had after I left. By this time, I was 45 min away. I still returned immediately. He admitted to me and everyone in the nearby area the issue I had would be caused by the filter being installed incorrectly. He still refused a refund claiming my vehicle had not sustained damage from the incident. NOT IMPRESSED. I spent my morning upset over the issue… drove back to prove to him I was being honest about the incident and basically was left with “If you do decide to come back, we are happy to help you.” This is not the first time I have had issues with this location. People are not perfect and deserve grace. I should have not gone back after the other issues. I will not be going back.

  Tried to get an oil change. Said they were out of conventional oil completely, but would not honor a conventional oil price on what they did have in stock. Very unsatisfied.

  Excelente personal, en todo momento estuvimos en comunicación c que todo el personal habla inglés y yo español pero eso no fue impedimento para el servicio a mi vehículo. Gracias
