I had a terrible experience at Toyota after a simple oil change they didn’t top any fluids off or explain anything to me. I always went back and forth between Valvoline and Toyota but I will not be going to Toyota again for service. Your guys helped me so much and explained things and topped all my fluids off. I was so impressed I asked for all the names so I could write this review. Gage, Raiden, Aghason and Greyson all were so helpful at listening to my concerns and making me feel like I had an understanding of what was happening. Your staff did what Toyota could not do. I will highly recommend Valvoline to all my family and friends. Thank you for teaching them to treat customers so well. Keep up the good work! Thanks so much.😊

- AEAdam EcksteinAug 25, 20265.0I had a very good experience at this Valvoline location, especially thanks to a gentleman named Gage. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I was on the fence about getting a radiator flush in hopes that it might resolve an overheating issue with my car. After I explained the situation, Gage recommended that I first have the head gasket checked to determine whether that might be the underlying cause before spending the money on a radiator flush. I really appreciated that he was willing to give me what he believed was the best advice, even though it potentially meant losing a sale that I was already prepared to make. That kind of honesty and customer service can be hard to come by, and it left a very positive impression on me. If I have the head gasket checked and determine that it isn't the cause of the overheating, I will absolutely come back to this location for the radiator flush. Thank you, Gage, for the excellent service!
