- CHChris HauerspergerMay 7, 20265.0I would not take my car anywhere else when getting my oil changed, transmission flushed, coolant system flushed, or a filter swap. They are more reliable and more knowledgeable than the Nissan dealership here in Murfreesboro! They have an amazing staff that genuinely care and take care of your car as if it was their own! Today I made the mistake of going to a Valvoline in Nashville expecting similar service. Immediately upon pulling out I could tell something was off with my car because the exhaust sounded deeper. I drove straight from that Valvoline in Nashville to this Valvoline here on Church Street Murfreesboro. I spoke with Gage who is always there and always helpful. I explained to him what happened and he had me pull into a dock where him and Greyson thoroughly looked it over and found out that my air filter had not been put back properly and the box it goes in was not closed which was causing that sound. They also noticed that the windshield washer fluid hadn't been topped so they took it upon themselves to take care of these issues for me at no charge. Gage even helped me put my cabin filter in as a way of saying sorry on behalf of Valvoline! He didn't need to do that at all because it wasn't their mistake. But that's just the kind of service you get there! Like I said they treat you like your family and they treat your car like it's theirs! I won't go anywhere else this place is great!
