  The manager Evan had me sit for over 20 minutes and then told me when I pulled into the bay “we are out of oil”. Didn’t Evan check the computer. Very unprofessional. Whoever owns that location should let them go. I would not let that crew work on a broken bowling ball let alone a vehicle.

  Nothing could of been easier to have done and the staff were super polite and very detailed in what was taking place. Offered additional services....not pressured services so was able to take care of some additional items while there for the wife's vehicle. Now have had both vehicles serviced there.

  The team at Valvoline made my oil change very quick and easy. I'm always satisfied with the customer service and speed of this location. I will continue to use this location for oil changes.

  I was genuinely impressed with the oil change service experience. It was like a professional NASCAR pit crew operation, except they didn't run around like crazy. They were meticulous and checked many things as part of the price. I didn't even have to get out of the car. It was basically the same price as the dealer but without having to schedule a drop off days in advance. They had coupons on their website that made it cheaper than the dealer, and just a bit more than doing it myself. The convenience was very worth it!
