  The service was sup pat to say the least. There were 5 techs “working” that would randomly just be standing around talking while 3 cars were sitting there for oil changes and other cars parked behind waiting. When I first got there no one came out to see what I needed for the first 20 min. After that they pulled me behind the car that was already in there getting an oil change. I sit there for 35 more min before being pulled in. After that it took another 42 min for the oil change. I have no idea what happen to the 20 min oil change but this location for sure does not care about that. The employees have no pride in their work which makes for a terrible experience.

  Oil change. I was not happy that they deflated my tires to 30 lbs from the 35 lbs that it is supposed to be and was. They also lost one of my caps. They did make it right when I came back to get it corrected. This all happened after waiting 30 minutes to get in.

  The service at this location is by far the best I’ve been to. Jacob was the only person in 73,000 miles to check my cabin air filter on my 2023 Ford Transit!

  The technician was great. And the person who explained everything (Eban). Was excellent in explaining everything in ways that I could understand.

  Went to the new location to get my oil change and they gave me my new window sticker. I didn't realize until I had already pulled off that they marked me to come back in 10,000 miles... way over what's recommended for my vehicle! I use that sticker to keep up with when I actually need my next oil change and how much wiggle room I have. So I turned around and went back. The guy asked me, "Well, what do you want me to put down?" Umm... isn't that what you're supposed to tell me based on the type of oil and my vehicle? 🤦🏽‍♀️ Then they hit me with an extra $5, saying oil prices have gone up. Seems like everybody's trying to get over these days, and I'm honestly getting sick of it.
