  Very bad and rude people they hire little boys they treat people really bad and rude I was on the car wash today and that was like around 5:30 and I have membership me and my husband and the car wash was working so I enter and when I entered I hit the brakes so Conveyor belt was suddenly stopped and the boy get out to me and he was talking to me very rude and he said to me you should hit the brakes I said I did sir twice and on the third time he keeps telling me you should hit the brakes and I answered I did and he answered have a good day mam and two people were in there never one coming to me to assist me I have big luxury car I have taheo 2021 I was scared to get scratched from the red thing they put it outside i will cancel my membership for me and my husband and we never recommended from anyone i knew

  I liked Tommy Express but over time I am starting to like them less. I pay monthly for the Works package and for the last few months when I go thru it gives me the wrong wash. It mostly happens at the Franklin Rd location and a few times in Smyrna but at least the few times in Smyrna they fixed it but yesterday on Franklin Rd I went thru and it gave me Super wash and I drove around and spoke to the attendant and explained and he had me go back thru only to give me the Super wash again. The vacuums are a complete disaster and never work properly. I don't usually do reviews and I never really had a problem with Tommy Express until now. I love driving a clean vehicle and honestly this place does an awesome job but when I pay $50 monthly I at least expect to get what I pay for.

  Tommy’s Car Wash—- we love Tommy’s Car Wash! 🧽 You help us keep all the vehicles 🚗 in our household clean & looking nice! We can ride through anytime & get a fresh wash. Vacuum & clean out inside is easy on site. Your machines do a good job with the details of our different vehicles! 🚗 so glad you are close by! Yay!!

  We value accountability, integrity, and respect in every interaction. Unfortunately, our recent experience fell short of those standards. Damage occurred to a vehicle due to equipment failure, and despite clear video evidence, responsibility was not acknowledged and the customer was instead blamed. Professionalism means owning mistakes and making things right. We hope this situation serves as a reminder that transparency and accountability matter—not just for resolving issues, but for maintaining trust. As we say in the South, we’ll be in prayer for your soul.

  Not good. Tire shine never works. Car never gets dry. Staff is unresponsive to email about membership. Go to Starbrite Carwash on Broad for cheaper and 10x better wash + experience.
