  When Tommy's first opened, the car wash was great. In the last year or two, it doesn't get the back of our SUV clean at all! The rotating brushes don't swing behind the vehicle far enough and some of the jets are not even working. We have complained multiple times. Their answer is to go through the wash again, no charge. We've done that only to leave with a dirty rear end. It still doesn't get it clean on the second time around. It's ironic that the price went up and service went down.

  Casper was great! He helped me wash my car floor mats and was very friendly and attentive. I used a coupon for my visit today, but my husband and I are regulars to your fabulous car wash. Thank you for keeping such an incredibly clean, friendly, and simple car wash!

  I visited the car wash today, and unfortunately, the quality of service continues to decline while the price keeps going up. As usual, the entrance gate takes about two minutes to open. I can’t remember the last time I saw someone come out of the office to help guide cars in, which creates unnecessary delays. Once inside, many of the sprayers appear to have plugged or clogged nozzles. The spinner at the end either doesn’t spin or, when it does, barely makes contact with the vehicle. The mirror is gone, and the final blowers don’t do a good job of removing the water from the car. To make matters worse, when you exit, there are often no towels available to finish drying the vehicle. The overall quality of the wash has noticeably gone down while the price has gone up. We currently have three Works memberships in our household, so we are significant regular customers. I would expect the level of service and maintenance to reflect what we are paying. I hope management will take a serious look at the condition and operation of the wash and address these issues. I’d appreciate knowing what is being done to improve the customer experience.

  Do not recommend! I used the free car wash coupon that was mailed to me for “The Works” which is the most expensive option they offer. Either they didn’t actually program the wash for the works or it’ doesn’t do the job promised because the hood and front end of my car still has bugs and marks all over it. Costco’s $7 wash does a much better job. It also pushed us through the wash super fast, less than 2 minutes in the wash. If giving me a coupon for a free wash valued at $40 was supposed to be an incentive to get me to come back and actually pay the $40, it’s a hard pass. I’ll save over $30 and drive out to Costco. I’ll never go back there again.
