  They raised their prices of the monthly membership. My car isn’t always clean and the dryer doesn’t work at all. My car is soaked when it comes out and if I don’t take the time to dry it, it’s very spotty. Vacuums also do not work very well.

  Terrible experience. I went through once and my car was still filthy. Immediately went through a second time and nothing had changed. I went to speak with an associate who told me “did you see that truck getting towed out of here? He just broke the machines so they aren’t really working anymore.” (So why are you still allowing cars to go through!?!) I said “well I’ve been through here twice so now I would like a refund.” To which he responded “we can’t give you a refund if you’re not a member.” WHAT???! He then said “well I mean I can wipe down your car if you want though” and proceeded to take a dry microfiber cloth and start rubbing the dirt into the paint, like as if that would clean the car. This is unacceptable! I tried calling customer service but sat on hold forever. I will not be back to this business and I suggest you stay away as well!

  This place was very nice and did a great job. The gentlemen behind the counter (Casper) was very nice and professional. I especially liked the fact that he didn't try and push a membership on us like some of the other car washes do. Keep up the good work Casper!

  Just got done getting car wash and cleaning interior Casper was the team member who saw me. He got me through the line quickly, gave me air fresheners, and noticed I needed to clean my glass and gave me glass cleaning wipes. He was attentive, friendly and welcoming. I recommend this car wash if you live near memorial blvd — they’re the best !

  I paid $29 to have my car washed and do it yourself vaccume. The vaccume was Terrible, it would not vaccume anything, I asked to speak with a manager because I do not think or feel I got my monies worth. I was told there was no manager on duty. I am very disappointed in how my vehicle is not clean. I have streaks and dirt still on my car. The bird poop is still on my windshield. I even tired a different bay to see if the vaccumes would pick up the crumbs in my floorboards and no, still no luck. I am upset and with much reason, when you charge the amount charged, you expect better service. It's your job to make sure equipment works and is on point. My recommendation, save your money, spend it going somewhere else. You will get better service. I will not be coming back to this location ever again.
