  Would not go here for anything besides tires. My wife took our 2019 Traverse here a week ago for tires, alignment, and oil change. When I went to get in our vehicle before a planned trip on the 4th of July I noticed they wrote 0w-20 for the oil type, which is incorrect for our vehicle, it should take 5w-30. Has it on the oil cap for the tech to see as well. Also when I drained the oil to correct their mistake the vehicle was over filled by 2 quarts. So far no issues with the alignment, and tires are doing well. I think if you just come for tires you are solid, would just avoid other services.

  I’ve gone to this location for a few years now and have always been well taken care of. Kat and Randall who work up front are always extremely helpful and friendly to talk to. The phones always answered and I feel like this location doesn’t try to squeeze every penny out of you. They truly recommend what’s best for your vehicle and that’s what matters.

  We were coming home from Vacation when my van got a flat tire fortunately we were close to the Murfreesboro location. As soon as I walked in the door Deon jumped right in and started figuring out how he could get my tire fixed while still getting the already scheduled jobs for the day done. These guys really cared about getting us on the road, about 2 hours my family and I were on the road. I can't thank Deon and the rest of the crew enough for helping us, thank you all so much

  We are from Chattanooga and got a flat on the way to catch a flight out of Nashville. I can’t say enough praise for the service at the Medical Center Pkwy location. Not only was Dean SO nice, but he squeezed us in what was clearly a busy time to patch the tire and get us on our way!! Would give 10 ⭐️ if I could! Thanks Dean! You Rock!

  My grandmother and myself used to come here and get really good service… I’m not to sure what happened to the service or why. I came here in because my car was shaking, they assured me it was my tires and alignment. So guess what I did? I bought all four tires and alignment… That was stupid because the shake never went away! A ploy to get more money is what that was. I called to tell them and the manager John assured me I would be taken care of. I came back in and got my oil change and had them check the shaking again. Come to find out it’s one of my axels and my rotors, (tires bought for no reason, as my car wasn’t even a year old when I bought these tires) I was there with both of my kids it took them 2 hours to change my oil (an oil change has never taken that long in my life ANYWHERE!!) Probably because they were NOT working in order of the customers as they come in and the employees were constantly on their phones!! I watched multiple people come in after me and leave before me. To top the cake the manager didn’t even have the decency to come talk to me himself even though he’s the one that inspected my car. This place should be embarrassed that they are even open at all!!
