I had just gotten brand new tires put on at another company . I went in to tire discounters and talked to Randall And he immediately got me in and had it checked out. It was simply a valve had not been tightened by the last company. Had I not stopped, I would’ve been alone on the interstate with a flat. They took care of me and it was complementary . I can’t say enough about Randall and the team there. They were amazing. Thank you for taking care of me in a scary situation !!!!

He went above and beyond to take care of me and made what could’ve been a stressful situation so much easier. I came in needing a full set of tires, and he got me completely taken care of. Not only that, but he kept me informed every step of the way. Calling me about any complications and clearly breaking everything down so I understood exactly what was going on. That level of communication and honesty meant so much. It’s not every day you find someone so professional, patient, and kind, especially when you’re already dealing with car issues. Randall truly helped a girl out, and I’m so grateful for his help! Overall, this place provides excellent service, fair treatment, and a team that genuinely looks out for their customers.
