Bought tires from this store and they have been good about maintaining them and fixing any nails or anything I pick up. I had an EVAP code on my 4runner, at the same time had a nail in the tire so brought the vehicle up to get the tire fixed and asked them to look into the EVAP code. They said I had a hose that was disconnected. Picked the car up Saturday and the light was back on Monday. Left the car with them again the following Saturday and they diagnosed a faulty EVAP canister (1800$ quote). So I picked the car up and told them I would drop it off the following Saturday. I looked around myself for 5 minutes and noticed the gas cap O-ring was pinched and cut. I replaced it and cleared the code. The problem is fixed, when I called and tried to explain what happened the GM(John) told me it could be intermittent and give every excuse as to why they would not have checked the gas cap first, being someone who has worked on cars most my life also did it professionally for years before now turning to work on CNC machines. That should be the first thing you check. Was told even though it was a faulty diagnosis they couldnt refund the fee I paid for a diagnosis to not find the problem. Moral of the story people lie, the magical check engine light on cars do not. Will find somewhere else to spend my money.

Dropped off car at 12 while on lunch break was told by another tire place that the tire could be patched but they were back up really bad so I went to Tire Discount and I think her name was Cat that it had to be replaced not patched I said ok can it be done by 5 when I get off she stated yes, when I got there at 5:16 after work my car haven’t even been touched and I needed to be somewhere else at 5:30 which caused me to be super late, Cat continued to move SLOW, I can say the guy who changed the tire did get it done quickly but I was still late to my next destination, but Cat had no care in the world that my car wasn’t done and so with that I will not be visiting that location again on Medical Center Pkwy

So my wife ran over a nail and punctured her tire and lost air fast. Luckily I was only two blocks away from tire discounters on Medical Center so I aired it up enough to get it two blocks. I pulled up on the right side of the parking lot out of the way with my wife following me in my truck. One of the techs came out yelling “what the hell are these cars doing in my road” referring to us with the flat tire, that was enough for me to get back in my car and not want to do business with these people nor let them touch my car. The last thing I want is a tech being rude acting like that getting in my 100k Porsche because he is angry for whatever reason. Why do people have to be so rude? 🤷🏼♂️ If you can make it to a different tire place I would highly recommend doing that and not trusting your car here.

Before booking an appointment with them I called to ask about the price of getting my car aligned. They told me 130 for the front and back. When the day comes we walk in and she told us it would be 160, so we said we were going to go somewhere else and they gave us a discount to make it 129. Which is great, but it made me feel like they were trying to get off on me in the first place. Made an apt for 10am and arrived a little bit before gave then, gave them the keys and waited for almost 2 hours to see they haven’t even took my car back yet? As I look around it doesn’t seem anyone is doing anything at all. I understand other people getting there before me but they should have it organized for the people with bookings vs walk ins. As we were waiting I notice only 1 person in a room full of at least 6 actually got their keys back to leave.
