  Had tires, oil change, and alignment completed on 6/30/2026. Service was quick and went as one would expect. My wife had taken the vehicle to them and when I got in the car several days later noticed they wrote on our oil change sticker that they used 0w-20 on a vehicle that calls for 5w-30, even says it on the oil cap. Had noticed this on the 4th of July with travel plans on the 5th so changed out the oil myself in order to go on the trip. Upon draining the oil also noticed that car was about 2 quarts over full. Beware getting an oil change here.

  I made an appointment for 12:30p several days in advance for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I was told they would get started soon. As I sat in the waiting room for ~30 minutes, another lady walked in and had an appointment at 1:00p for the same services I was there for. After 20 minutes her car was complete, and she was ready to check out. My car was still in the parking lot and had not been started on. Tom walked through the waiting area, and I asked how much longer my car was going to be. He went to check with the workers as I could hear the whole conversation, "This woman wants to know what's taking her car so long". At that time, my car was being pulled into a bay. I asked for my keys so I could leave. When I asked Tom for an explanation, he said that they were short staffed. That wasn't my complaint. When someone comes in for the same exact services, I made an appointment for and she is able to leave before my car is taken back, that's my complaint. Tom then proceeds to share that "Life isn't fair. My daughter's cancer has come back". Not sure why that needed to be shared with me. I called the store later asking for the general manager's direct phone number and Landon said he would have him call me on Monday when he returned. That never happened.

  I made an appointment for 10am. They didn’t get my truck back until 12pm. I left about 2pm. I understand they were short handed, but they were out of order on who was there first. I have been there plenty of times and I never saw it this disorganized.

  If i could give them no stars i would. My oil change - didnt change filter nor empty the old oil, just overfilled my oil reservoir. Tires- damaged my tire pressure sensor then tried to claim it was not them. Pressure was not the same in any tires. But i guess at least they were new tires. Customer service was minimal based on today’s standards……

  Been coming here since 2009 with fleet repairs, plus with my personal cars. Things were fantastic for several years, with tens of thousands of dollars spent here. Years back, there was a change in management. Guy seemed ok, until he bent a company wheel and refused to own HIS PROBLEM! My company dropped TD like a bad habit. As it happens, l came it for an oil change, to see if anything changed. It was like night and day!!!!! The new service manager, Brandon Sain is incredibly knowledgeable AND helpful. This man got me back into the fold here at Tire Discounters in S. Church St. in Murfreesboro. Would give them 10 stars if l could! No upsell as before, unless a legitimate issue is found.
