Someone else logged under our account. They cussed out a manager named Billy and got our account banned. He said they could not take that off our account. We have been members since 2008. Frustrating.

I have emailed customer service several times with no response regarding my canceled membership and request for a refund. Customer service phone number doesn’t work. Thinking this place is a scam at this point. I was paying for premium washes but was repeatedly unable to receive the service due to the location being closed, not operating properly, or not providing the premium wash I paid for. Car wash is consistently broken down or not working properly.

Steven at take 5 was absolutely amazing. I was vacuuming out my new car when I started thinking to myself how I was going to clean my rubber car mats and he walked up and asked if he could take my car mats and pressure wash them for me. He took my floor mats cleaned them up and brought them back to me to dry. I’ve never had a car wash offer to do that. It was much appreciated!!!

Hours say open until 8:00. It’s 7:08 and you’re closed. This happens regularly. So disappointing. Do better.
