  Have been bringing my cars here for the past few years and it's always great service. Towels and cleaners are stocked and the wash ride is quick if you're on the go. Totally recommend!

  Ashley was the BEST! Please give her a raise, very professional and has a great personality! She needs to be the face of the brand! The best service I’ve ever gotten!

  Have been going here for a while now, purchased the unlimited triple wash for $16 and month. Couple weeks ago received a message saying their price was increasing on April 20, but no mention of what it was going up to. Checked their website after the 20th and it went from $16 to $18. All good. Today I was charged $26 dollars. Almost double the price. NOT OK. Tried to contact customer service on the phone. Nothing they can do but "escalate" to the higher customer care team. Asked for an explanation. Can't provide one, only said "they'll look into it". Asked to cancel and receive a refund, they said they would escalate my request to customer service. YOU ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why can't they do something as simple as canceling the plan?
