  Have a wonderful experience everytime I come here, Bree helped me pick which wash I should do and it came out very nice shiny squeaky clean. Love coming here especially for the great manager she always make sure my wash came out right and great quality. vacuums and detail centers are a big plus too!!!

  Terrible experience. My company sent me a digital coupon to my phone and upon arrival to Take 5 at this location at Memorial and Clark, the coupon code did not display on my phone and the timer to redeem it started counting down from 24 hours right away and then the coupon expired. Two girls tried to help me but neither one would let me explain or go through anyway. It's a national corporate account with the Take 5 Corporation. I also have a WEX card which they display on their payment kiosk and it did not work either. Then the girls made me park and come inside. After talking to the manager he still would not honor the digital coupon even though it was going to expire. He offered no other remedy. He said I couldn't have a wash today for the company car. That they would have to try to sort it out up the line. Whatever that means. He was not very pleasant to deal with. So now I have to explain why my coupon was allowed to expire and it was wasted. Bad customer service bad vibes here. Go somewhere else.
