  Has had broken equipment for at least 2 months now. Was my favorite car wash but now I may be looking elsewhere. Fortress area location one.

  Worst experience I ever had here. Was at one time a good place to go after returning a rental car for vacations. Will never go here again. The best perk they have had is a free vacuum. After i washed my car, i tried to use the vacuums and they had not been turned on. I asked Destiny an employee why the vacuums had not been turned on or if they could turn on. She said when it rains they dont turn on vacuums. I have Never heard of such. I had to make a dash somewhere else out of the way and pay another place. They robbed me. During the whole ordeal that costed me a wasted wash and another until after i returned the car it had not rained at all. I dont know if it was just laziness or very bad policy. Very disappointing and should have been offered back money. Never again.
