  I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of management at the Murfreesboro location. On two separate occasions, my husband and our movers were told to not attempt to take the carts, citing the presence of air tags on them. The most recent incident occurred on 5/29/26 as my mover's were moving my belongings out. I confronted Ashley and ask her what was her reasoning for approaching my movers to tell them that air tags were on the carts and to not attempt to steal them. Her response was because some of her carts were missing and customers were leaving them in their units. My movers were in the process of removing my belongings from the unit, so I'm not sure why she would feel the need to make such a comment to them. Unfortunately, it offended them, and they felt uncomfortable being on the property after she approached them. The movers were not responsible for the missing carts. Ashley's comments to my staff were unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate. I will be contacting Corporate to address this matter. This is not the first instance where she has told my guest that air tags are on the carts and that they should not attempt to steal them. The same incident occurred with my husband several months ago, where Ashley approached my husband while he was sitting in the truck waiting on me to come out of my storage unit and she told him to not try and steal the cart because they have air tags on them. I reported this to corporate and have not received a call back, follow-up or apology. I have been leasing five units for two years and have been a loyal customer. I am disappointed with my recent experience at this location. Prior to Ashley's position as manager, I had never encountered any issues with any of the staff. However, I have found Ashleys demeanor to be unprofessional. While the facility itself is clean, I did experience concerns regarding my overall sense of security. Over the last three months, we have experienced issues with doors not closing properly, which has resulted in unauthorized access to the building. My other concern is regarding the pricing structure after your promotion expires. I understand that the rates may increase, and renting units for more than 3-6 months could become very expensive. This experience has unfortunately led to a negative perception of Cubesmart, and I would not consider renting from them again. During my visit to the storage facility to check my units, I encountered the store manager Ashley on multiple occasions. I attempted to access my units after her shift ended at 6:00 p.m. to avoid further interaction. This caused an inconvenience for me. If Ashley remains the manager at this location, I would advise prospective renters to consider this when making their decision.

  The fatigue is real at this location, while my cashier was getting my zyn I set my id on the counter for her. Once she returned to the counter she looked at my id looked back at me held out her hand and asked for it again, which I replied “ oh sorry I set it on the counter for you” she then proceeded to inform me on how “setting things on the counter aint no good customer service” to avoid further issues I nod and pay for my items. Once paid she held my zyns and tries to lecture me on “how rude I was being and how I have bad customer service” I then explain to her that I am the customer and she provides the service. She then replied “I’m the customer too” set my id back on the counter with a little attitude. I laughed and grabbed my things as I’m walking out she is shouting throughout the store “next time there won’t be no service, next time there won’t be no transaction” not sure what that means but I got my zyns at least
