An INTERACTIVE Pilot App that CLEARLY defines when parking lots are full would be great before trip planning. You know so we dont kill ourselves after our 14 hour shift.

If I could give -1 I would, the only thing that makes Pilot stand out these days is the coffee. The fact that they harass you for parking that should be free is insane. The parking lot is trashy and smells like dried urine and diesel. You HAVE be on something to think I'm going to pay to park somewhere this disgusting. Honestly, it takes nearly 700ish dollars to fill up.. so if im already spending that I definitely refuse to give another red cent on a parking spot. If fuel is already as high as it is, I refuse to be HARASSED to park.

So I am a daily customer at the Murfreesboro location. I go in there tonight just like almost every night of the week and add money to my cash app card. Tonight adding money to specifically order McDonald's. Which is next door to this location. I had the money to my card come out side and sit on the sidewalk against the building for about 5 minutes if that. When a worker tells me her boss just pulled in and he's probably going to ask me to leave. I'm assuming it was because I was sitting in front of the store. I did explain to her that if her boss were to say something that I would let him know I was a paying customer that was just inside and I did put money on my card inside the store so I could order the McDonald's from next door. Well he said excuse me. "You can't sit there. You have to get up. And then I let him know the exact same thing I said to her. I am a customer that was just inside your location added money to my card so I can order from McDonald's next door and I stopped for 4 minutes to place that order. And then he said okay and kind of laughed it off but I feel as if there should not be any sort of judgement, prejudice or biased attitude or actions towards people because it looks like it may be one situation when it's not. I know as a manager of a restaurant or store for that matter that is one thing I would never do. Of course..now if someone had been hanging out there for a while or even laying on the pavement or anything to that nature but this was nowhere near that and he didn't even give time to find out. Just wanted to share my opinion on that something I never do but I feel like it needed to be done this time.
