At first when I had my device installed my locks were locking and unlocking all day and I was getting nowhere with intoxalock until Daniel from customer advocacy emailed me and he has been such a huge help... I had my truck fixed at no cost to me, and he has even helped me with finding someone to fix something else that's wrong with the truck bcuz one company was trying to charge me way over the amount they can charge. So all in all Daniel has been a refreshing change from the normal "oh there's nothing we can do" he actually cared enough, and was patient enough to take the time to really help me even when I was frustrated and angry! So intoxalock gets a 5 star bcuz they actually do care about their customers!
