  I came in to get a tire rotation. But I ended up walking away with 4 new tires. Not because they “sold” them to me, but because they told the truth I was overdue for tires. Mark hooked me up for cheapest quote I have seen in years.They stayed after hours because I came in late to get me finished up. I always have an amazing experience. They will continue to have my business!

  We went here once their tech lost screws and put the under plate on upside down. Then argued that they didn’t lose the screws and the skid plate was fine it wasn’t. The manger stated he was going to order a new skid plate and never did. I simply asked for them to be accountable for their techs mistake and to make the situation right. They did not. You do a poor job then do not make your mistake right and lie in the process. This is what we get for trying to save some time on a weekend and not go to the dealership in Franklin. I lost more time dealing with this. Especially when they charge an extra fee to remove the fabric skid plate.

  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change thanks to Mark! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel pressured. The service was fast, honest, and efficient, and he made sure I understood what my vehicle needed. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service.   I had a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. Mark was extremely nice, helpful, and attentive. He made sure I received a $15 oil change coupon I had found online, and he already had my lifetime free tire rotation noted on the bill before I even mentioned it. I bought all four tires from this location a few years ago, and I really appreciated that he took the time to check my account and get everything right from the beginning. Great service and a genuinely pleasant interaction with the customer. Mark is exactly the kind of person you hope to deal with when you bring your car in. Five stars!
