  Do not send your wives or daughters here. They will try to upsell and add additional services that you never needed. I had a nail in between my side wall and tread. I was next-door at the Kroger gas station and I rolled in and let them know. I needed a single tire. I was denied service because I refused to purchase two tires. They assured me that I probably needed to visit my dealership to get the issue straightened out. My dealership affirmed that the two tires were bs. They simply needed to sell me a single tire and my dealership would have handled the warranty. These men will absolutely try and take advantage of you when you’re a woman in distress. I called the store today and come to find out. Come to find out it was the man who came to talk to me was the manager!

  Great service and the best price I’ve gotten for an oil change! Alayua, Bret, and Jimmy were very helpful and had the best attitudes!!this will now be my new oil change place!

  I always go to Express Oil Change & Tire and recommend it to folks; Mark is a prime example of why I do this. He embodies the customer service I have grown accustomed to receiving here at Express. His integrity to not only call out a small mistake on their part in paperwork, but to take the time to explain what was wrong, how it happened, and what would be changing is exemplary. Highly recommend.
