  I was headed out of state and my light was on for my tire and they were simply amazing. It cost me nothing for them to make sure I had nothing in my tire and they aired it up and educated me on tire pressure. They gained a new customer because I learned I can get all my car needs done in one stop. Out of all the service centers I been to they are #1

  MEGAN helped me out today. She was so sweet & Took care of everything for me. Answered all my “I’m just a girl” questions. She made me feel welcomed! I will definitely be going back to express oil change on s. Church street for all my future car needs!

  This place saved me from getting booted out of my warranty due to dealership negligence. I get an oil change every six months, It was time for a full point inspection to stay within my car warranty, plus needed an oil change on my vehicle, so I went to the Hyundai dealership where I bought my car to get that done. Six months later, it was time for my routine oil change & I came to express on Church & Thankfully I did because they informed me that the dealership never did the oil change on my car. Meaning I went a whole year without one. I reported back to the dealership where they fought me for two months on their mistake - finally they assured me I would not be booted out of my warranty & it would be noted that the dealership failed to perform the necessary oil change. All this to say - Everyone at express has been very kind & my car stays running great. I know very little about cars & they are always helpful and patient to answer all my girly questions Ethan was my tech today and was so so kind and helpful! He explained all the things clearly !

  Mechanical Negligence and Damage to my New Cadillac SUV: I took my 2025 Cadillac SUV to Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers for an oil change on September 21st. After the service, I discovered damage to the hood of my car where they lifted the hood to perform the oil change. The hood on my new Cadillac was no longer aligned and paint was missing from the area that they damaged the hood. My home security footage shows the car without this damage before the oil change and shows the damage when I returned. Based on that evidence, it is undeniable that the damage occurred while they performed the oil change. There is no other logical explanation as I take great care of my new car and I wash it weekly and notice everything about it as I love my new Cadillac. On September 27th, my husband and I went to the location to show the manager, Thomas, the damage done and he was dismissive and extremely rude. I recorded our interaction and I’m so glad I recorded it as this will be used as proof if this issue isn’t resolved in a timely manner. His response to my concerns and the evidence we showed was unacceptable. He said “well that could have happened anywhere”. That is 100% incorrect as NO ONE else opened the hood of my car on September 21st but Express Oil Change. Thomas is a horrible representation of the company and I would never let him manage a location behaving that way. His response to the issue that I have recorded will show corporate how rude he was. It’s clear as day the damage was done when someone either opened my hood or closed it and tried to open it again. There is no denying they did it and the proof we have cannot be contested. They were negligent with my Cadillac and Thomas refused to admit it. He said it’s “odd” that damage happened there and “I’ve never seen this happen in my 4 years here” as if that means they didn’t damage my car. Based on his logic, because he’s never seen them damage a car before, it can never ever happen in history. His statement is also false based on the other reviews. He told a blatant lie. Other reviews mention clear mistakes they’ve made consistently and they were dismissive to those customers as well. It’s a common pattern how they refuse to take responsibility for their actions which also won’t look well on their behalf if further recourse is taken. I am requesting Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers to file an insurance claim and arrange for my Cadillac’s hood to be repaired immediately. If the company does not promptly provide a solution, I will seek legal recourse as the proof that we have is beyond incriminating. Please do the right thing immediately and fix my new Cadillac. My husband and I are so upset about this. I have so many pictures of my new car in my phone and it was so beautiful. This is beyond sad they did this and tried to cover it up.

  Truth...10 min oil change plus discount coupon available online also checked fluids and under hood. Went ahead and got tires rotated since going out of town. Provided list of services available when needed. Got quotes for future maintenance! Both Shaun and Ethan very professional and courteous.
