  My daughter rented a vehicle from Enterprise and had a serious medical reaction because the vehicle clearly had pet hair/allergens inside, despite Enterprise’s rental agreement stating pets are not allowed in their vehicles. The situation became so severe that she had to be hospitalized. We immediately contacted customer service, explained the situation, and were told she would not be charged for the inconvenience. We have proof of that conversation. However, after returning the vehicle, she was still charged over $800, including a gas charge even though the vehicle was returned completely full. We then went to the local branch in person and were told the branch manager would contact us to resolve everything. He never did. Instead, when another reservation was made for my child, the manager sent a rude and unprofessional email. This entire experience has been unacceptable from start to finish — lack of cleanliness, lack of accountability, poor customer service, and unprofessional management. We are still waiting for someone to properly address these charges and the way our family has been treated. Being a loyal customer for over 10 years and also working in upper management this isn’t the correct way to handle a situation at all.

  Best car rental experience ever. Came in because another car rental agency (rhymes with kurtz) didnt have cars even though I had a reservation. Anyhow walked into this location and first thing I get is a warm welcome and nice smile at the counter. Everyone including staff the customers were happy and looked taken care of and it was busy. Julian came from around the back and got me a car, we had an enlightened conversation, and I left happier than I have been in any hospitality service business in a while. Dropping the car off was smooth and easy. Julian God bless you.. your leadership attitude and kindness flows into this business, I wish you continued success and hope upper management knows how special you are!!!! A warm thank you from the heart!!!

  When I picked up the car rental the representative that explained everything to me was not very thorough and I feel that she skimmed over the contract to get me to purchase unnecessary things. For instance the $30 a day damage coverage. She did not explain to me that my insurance could and would take care of any damage. Once I left I then had to call back and cancel this charge. I had to call the store 3 times and speak to 3 different people on 3 separate days for it to finally be refunded and put back into my account. She also misinformed me about the gas charge that I signed on the contract. She explained it like if I paid $6 and some change up front I would not have to bring the car back on a full tank. I then called back again because of the distrust that was planted with the refund not being initiated the first 2 times I had called. The woman I spoke to then informed me if I did not bring back the car with an almost full tank I would be charged $6 and some change PER GALLON. And then was trying to persuade me to not cancel my $30/day damage coverage and leave that money for gas so I could bring the car back in empty?!? So in the end I would’ve lost more money. I understand in this job you have to be a salesman but that does not mean to be DISHONEST. Luckily my mother works in insurance claims and informed me that my policy will cover damages and I did not need theirs.   The head gal of this place is very belligerent and rude, not very welcoming or helpful at all. I’m stranded in Murfreesboro and need to get home asap, her replied “not my problem to worry about” left me speechless.

  I had booked my rental with enterprise online. When, I arrived the staff was very busy but still took the time to greet each customer. Ms. Kerrington was very professional friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the staff professionalism and will definitely recommend enterprise to family and friends.
